The new Due South is fantastic! I had the rack of lamb, which was perfectly tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. My husband enjoyed the ribs with shrimp and Brussels sprouts, and we ended the meal with a delicious strawberry shortcake. Every dish was amazing! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and even the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I brought my family to Due South to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff at the host desk were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

Our server, Carlos, was nothing short of phenomenal. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our celebration. His recommendations were spot-on, and he truly made the evening special with his exceptional service.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Due South for any special occasion or even just a great night out. Thank you, Carlos and the entire team, for making this milestone birthday unforgettable!

I had an exceptional dining experience at this steak and seafood restaurant! The shrimp scampi was a standout—perfectly cooked shrimp in a rich, flavorful sauce that was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, making it a great spot for a special occasion or a casual evening out.

If I could recommend one dish you must try it would be the Blacked Jumbo Scallops. They were unreal, extremely tender, juicy and amazingly seasoning. The mussels are 10/10 as well. Amazing birthday lunch/dinner! Including very friendly helpful service.

Parking: Free, but they do have valet parking.

Service: Will was a wonderful host. He gave great suggestions.

Atmosphere: It was lovely. The vibe was friendly.

Food: I didn't take pictures because it was my anniversary.
The food was excellent. I had the halibut and crab cake. The strawberry basil margarita was on point.

I appreciate the direction that Due South seems to be trying to go, with the updated decor, menu and service but there is still much room for improvement. The atmosphere is much more refined than before but we still witnessed several patrons wearing athletic gear and ball caps, it would be nice to actually have at least country club attire required to match the atmosphere. The top 40 hits playing on the sound system also detract from the ambiance. It was kind of confusing as to which direction they are trying to go.
Unfortunately the updated menu options that we ordered were very bland, definitely lacking in seasoning and flavor. Previous to our meal at Due South, I cannot recall the last time I actually used the salt and pepper shakers on our table.
I started with the blackened jumbo scallops which were decent sized but definitely not blackened, lacking any flavor and were served warm…ish. The Due South lager was tasty but served cool, not cold.
Our main course was the ribeye which I ordered medium rare and red snapper. The steak is served a la carte and was also presented to me a little over warm temperature and lacking any flavor at all. It was also rare. My wife’s meal of snapper, rice and broccolini was also just warm. It too all was devoid of any flavor. We still decided to sample their dessert service and settled on the chocolate lava cake. We both agreed that the cake from Dominos pizza is better.
A pretty regrettable experience overall and wouldn’t recommend based on this.
Hopefully they can get it together because PTC is in need of a nice relaxing sit down dinner restaurant. But for the $115, I expect a lot better.
The one positive was that our server was excellent !

I ordered the shrimp scampi and was really disappointed to find there was no sauce with it. When I asked to add sauce, I was told it would be an extra $3—which felt pretty unfair for a dish that should already come with it. The crab cakes weren’t great either; I’d honestly rate them a 2.

However, I do want to highlight the service—our waiter was absolutely amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. Attentive, friendly, and made the experience much better despite the food issues.
