Excellent coffee shop on San Francisco Ave. Not only is the coffee extremely good, but the service and atmosphere is top tier. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, super airy and uncrowded location with great style, and the music is 10/10. Price is fair for the quality of coffee + pastries. Easily accessible shop as well.

Just got a haircut here. Walked by a bunch of times and this was first time going in. Fair prices, quick service, and interesting ambience. Would recommend without strong feelings one way or the other, but will be returning based on the other options I know of in Flagstaff.

I’ve only gone here twice and today will probably be my last visit. I ordered a dirty chai, then a rush happened and after 20 minutes I let it be known I had not received my drink. The staff was short and obviously flustered, but also did not let me know when my drink was done and it sat on the counter for even longer. When I finally got it the barista offered to microwave it rather than make a fresh one, and by the end it had been 40 minutes by the time I got my lukewarm drink. First time I have ever had a cafe offer to microwave my drink.
The one star is because the drink did taste good when I finally got it but I would recommend hiring staff that can handle the rushes or staff more people and maybe offer more when they mess up and completely skip orders. Out of all the options downtown I would not recommend Val’s.

Flagstaff just keeps on growing and on my walk around town, I came across this new place! Which this was here when I was going to school because it would have made for the most perfect spot. Just stopped in for a cup of coffee and it didn’t disappoint! They also have a barbershop and hair salon inside! Right on top there are air bnbs which I hope to stay in during my next visit. If you’re in the area, you gotta stay by and check it out.

The coffee is amazing here. Well prepared and well presented. The food options are limited to scones and turnovers but they are delicious. Comfortable seating area has table games if you are not in a hurry.

Regular coffee-no frills costs almost $5 and it is very watered down. It shouldn't be that difficult tonhave a decent cup of coffee especially foe a premium price. On the other hand the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. There is a hairdresser shop sharing a part of the same store.

What a gem! Cozy ambiance, diverse seating options, cool multi-use space, great coffee & pastry selection, and lovely staff who make great conversation! And they serve their drinks in mugs! Getting harder to find cafes with mugs these days!
