Everything about this bakery is awesome! We arrived around 9:30 on Saturday and they had plenty. The line was quite long, but it wasn’t that slow. With local bakeries, you have to expect that there will be long waits, especially on the weekends.

I ended up getting the strawberry mascarpone croissant, cinnamon scroll, strawberry scone, and chocolate croissant. Everything tasted incredible, but if I had to recommend one, it’d be the strawberry croissant. Definitely a bit pricey, but so worth it especially for supporting a local business. Staff were also very nice and didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely be back!

Such a cute bakery! They sell goods, jewelry, pottery, clothing, stationary, and more from local artisans. And the baked goods are TO DIE FOR! They're beautifully crafted and prepared. The drinks are also incredible! 1000/10

So happy I tried this place! The pastries were delicious, the croissants were airy and flakey and many different cookie flavors.Tried both a coffee and a chai, had many different syrup flavors and cold foam. Atmospheres was very comfortable and aesthetics, lots of places to sit and many couches to relax and read. Staff was very friendly and helpful with picking things out. Would definitely recommend if your in the Dayton area!

Val’s in downtown Dayton is a cute French bakery, serving delicious fresh made pastries with seasonal ingredients. Get there early (before 11) to have the best selection, but nothing will disappoint.

Honestly, I was absolutely delighted to finally get to try this place. Yes, we had a line, but it's totally worth it. I had pre-ordered several pastries, and each had their own unique touch and flavors. They were as big as my head! Pricy, but for the quality and size, it is worth it for a special day treat. I also had a cold brew coffee pre-ordered, which they made quickly on the spot, and charged me again for, but I noticed that was resolved on my credit card too. I took my friend here who was in town to treat me, and I've been to Paris where the pastries are good and these definitely compair. Thank you guys for putting dayton on the map for pastries!

We like many many others saw the viral video and decided to wait the hour in line. The other clients as well as staff were an awesome group of people so it made the wait more enjoyable. We ordered A LOT and took it home. Not entirely sure what coffee we got but it was some delicious Carmel coffee over ice and the boyfriend and I both loved it! The food though idk honestly idk if I'd wait in line for an hour again. By no means was it bad though, it's just not my thing. I prefer my baked goods a bit more on the moist side and less of a crunch. If you haven't given them a try yet, I would say it's worth giving a try for sure. They have some nice candles for sale as well.

We loved our experience! Next time we’ll plan to head over earlier to score some croissants - not surprised at all that they were out because we stopped in later in the morning. The fact that they sell out is a testament to how wonderful this place is! 🫶🏻

We came to this establishment around 1030 am on a Saturday. There was a small line but it went quickly. We bought a Savory Croissant. 2 pumpkin spice latte croissants and a cake. They were all delicious well worth it. A bit pricey but they tasted worth it 🙂
