Nice staff, easy in and out, close to things you may need or want. But, it would have been good to know it is located directly behind the stockyards and across from railroad tracks! The cattle at the stockyards bawled all night!!!!!!! Only one train came through, thank goodness. But the cattle were LOUD! We stayed on a Monday night, there must have been a sale Tuesday morning. And, correction : train came through more than once........

Lovely RV park allows fully contained big house trucks. Has pull through lots with full power and water hookups. Quiet, well maintained with grass, trees, a few picnic tables. We had great reception to steam via T-Mobile hot spot and clear phone coverage via AT&T.
Short drive to groceries and shopping.
The stockyards next door were not at all intrusive.
We really enjoyed this stay and look forward to many returns.

This an stop for a night RV park. Not a hotel. We stay one night in our camper and was a quiet place but I feel unsafe, maybe only my impression. The person who help us at the phone, was helpful and courteous.

Right next to the stockyards, the airport, the train (which came through several times and blew its whistle going through town), and is right behind the motel where there was some extremely loud fighting going on in the middle of the day. Wouldn't recommend it.

Doug and Sharon were incredible. I stayed in the RV section and it was great. I stayed there full time for a year and it fulfilled my needs. They were always attentive to my needs and if there were any issues, they were quick to address them. I highly recommend staying at the RV part. I did not stay in the hotel portion and I cannot give a review on that part.

Thought this was a good place. Couldn't get wifi where we were parked. Paid $525 the first month and then went to pay second month and they wanted to charge me extra for my CHILD and then called me a liar because I have 2 vehicles. The lady said I had a man living there because I have a truck. My husband died less than 2 months ago and it's just me and my kids. They tried to raise it by $50 more dollars because of "extra people" DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not a bad rv park. Well maintained rv spots... every single person i spoke to in the office was very kind and helpful. The only reason I give it 3 stars is their bathhouse is just awful. Many bugs...gross concrete floors.. spiders and very creepy walls...no fans in the actual little shower area so you really overheat bad in there..only one door closed fully and the walls really creep you out. If they would just fix the bathhouse up this place would be great but it sucks to go in a nasty creepy bathhouse. Also there are trains passing by honking almost constantly...this is not their fault and does not count towards my rating. Its difficult to even hear your TV when they go by. But this is not their fault. If you have your own shower then this park is good.

if you like trains and crossing signal horns, auction stockyards and bawling cattle, at most all times, day and nite, this is the place. Never again for us. And, the the 'bath house' is still closed for 'remodeling'. Stayed in 5th wheel RV part, have no idea or want to know about the motel room conditions.
