Rooms were clean, has all basics in the room, wifi, Fridge, microwave, A/C etc. Service Host needs improvement... the person who checked us in was unfreindly and stoic, no good morning, have a nice stay...nothing. Location is great...near restaurants, shopping centers, banks.

DO NOT BOOK HERE - DECEPTIVE PHOTOS & FILTHY ROOMS!
I was completely misled by the photos of this inn.
Upon arrival, I was shocked at how dirty and disgusting the room was. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, and the sheets were filthy and the walls are moldy, the bathroom is disgusting like no one cleaned it. It was by far the worst hotel experience l've ever had.
I went to the office to talk to the woman who is the desk manager to request a refund, she said I had to contact the lady who runs this inn, when I contact her she outright refused and offered to "spray Febreze" to cover the stench-completely unacceptable. The customer service was just as awful as the condition of the room.
Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with rudeness and disregard.
I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, making this entire situation incredibly stressful, especially after driving all the way from Fresno for my trip. This was a complete nightmare
—never again! Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was relatively clean, orderly, and nice in appearance, except it had no bathroom door!!! Yes, your resding this correctly... no bathroom door and this means that the sunlight streamed through the room, where you sleep. Awful. I had to use towels over the window to nap during the day. The bathtub needed resurfacing and a light switch cover came off.

The area wasnt good. Although there were a few places to get snacks close by, there were wayyyyy too many crackheads hanging around the property. It was very off-putting. Yikes!!!

The woman who checked me in wss cold and not inviting. Seemed bothered that I stopped her from her cleaning of the rooms duties to get checked in.

Priced too high for the location and surroundings.

If you like roaches and a disgusting environment, this is your spot! BYOSS - bring your own sanitizing supplies. The photos tell the story. The images online are not true. The breakfast area is actually a storage area. Ice machine takes money, delivers no ice. Soda machine won't give you change. The owners actually seem nice, which was the only positive thing I can say about staying there. Bring a can of Raid, you will need it!

Hands down worst hotel in my life
First off the place was super dirty outside. Smelled like poop n pee everywhere.
Rooms where bad. Had to change rooms 4 times. Even that the rooms said no smoking. They all smelled super bad. Ended up buying spray to spray the room.
Bed was horrible, super hard. Sheets where nasty, full of stains n cigarette burn holes. Had to also buy sheets for the stay that I forgot to bring. So they will have a new set of sheets n blanket.
Restroom was bad really bad. Had to shower with cold water the entire stay. N towel nasty. Felt like sand paper. N the worst part on that was that room service instead of putting new towels. She ended up folding the dirty towel n putting on rack again. Also had to buy new towels.smh
Mini fridge was bad, bought food for the stay n all the food went bad on the first day of stay.
This deserves a negative 5. Worst hotel ever. N not even cheap. It doesn't look nothing like the pictures

We booked the hotel for a night. Upon arrival, we noticed the room smelled disguting and it looked filthy. The shower curtain was black at the bottom from the filth. When we pulled the comforter back we noticed the sheets were stained and there was hair on the pillows. My partner also got a bad rash from just leaning his back against the head board momentarily. We ended up just driving home instead of staying the night. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

My room didn't come with a TV and everything was pretty basic, it was clean at least. I didn't get the feeling I was laying on half way clean sheets.
