The customer service is BAD and HORRIBLE !! The Asian lady who is the manager/owner whomever she is rude , nasty and disrespectful! And had bad customer service!!! She doesn’t know how to talk to customers! You say you don’t want something she gets loud and rude!! She started yelling and being rude because I wanted a different cup! The cup she sat down for me had food particles on the cup… because she is cross contaminating from food! WASH YOUR HANDS!! She goes and work on food orders and then comes back and touches everything.. the register, the cups, the bags! But doesn’t wipe her nasty hands off! And start yelling at me because I wanted another cup!! Who do you think you talking too!!! And watch your tone!! I am not one of them! You don’t yell or disrespect your customers! The same customers that is supporting your business in our community! She needs to learn how to talk!! I don’t care nothing about that’s how you talk!!! Everything is not acceptable!!Definitely not her lack of customer service!! Customers don’t owe her anything! We are helping support your business!! Learn how to talk and respect the customers! I am not the one and will not tolerate disrespect and bad service! If you don’t know how to talk in a respectful nice way to your customers, stay yourself in the back and cook food!! And that is what this manager/owner gives at this restaurant !!!DISRESPECTFUL!!! BAD SERVICE!!! NASTINESS!!

My fries were overcooked and my bacon was not good. My burger tasted like a tasty salisbury steak in between a bun. Otherwise the 6 wings I got in mild flavor were great!

Rude cashier and cook 2 Asian women- neither had on masks!!! The cook was coughing with no mask on...Food was ok- American Deli is better...made me stand outside while they had 2 other women standing inside while they prepared food. VERY RUDE. I WON'T GO BACK- SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. covid is real! They are not taking precautions.

All i know is their medium flavored wings are EXACTLY the way i like them! Perfectly crispy, perfect flavor and perfect SIZE! I haven’t encountered the rude behavior probably because I treat people that handle my food with the utmost respect.

This is most definitely worth it. WE LOVE THIS PLACE. IT'S SO DELICIOUS. From the burgers to the wings, and who can compete with their fries and fresh lemonade? No one. OMG, it is a MUST TRY of Stone Mountain. One of our best restaurants.
