We were referred to Rich and his team on a last minute recommendation to feed over 200 people. Rich was awesome to work with and was willing to help us in any way he could. Not only did they get everything put together quickly and seamlessly, but the food was delicious; we had numerous guests asking for their information by the end of the evening. He and his staff smoked the food onsite and then served all of our guests, they were nothing but professionals. Thank you Up N Smoke!

Up N Smoke catered our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! All our guests commented how good the food was and if they had a restaurant because they wanted more! Rich catered my husband’s birthday party for 50 guests tonight. The food was delicious (pulled pork, brisket, chicken breast, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and beans). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rich again for catering or to recommend him to friends/family.

Search no more. UP N SMOKE is fantastic! We used Rich for our party/wedding of 75 guests. He travelled from the Phoenix area to Camp Verde to accommodate us. The prime rib was delicious (we added lobster which was cooked to perfection!). The coleslaw was like none other that we had ever had and the mac-n-cheese was a big hit. Rich and his team are professional and do an extremely nice presentation. Compliments from our guests regarding the food are still coming to us, over a month after the party. Rich made our event a memorable one to us, our friends and family. Rich is reasonably priced and well deserving of a call. We'll be calling him in the future.

Rich, Catered my wedding . Set up and served about 50 people. Everyone there was asking where I found such a delicious cater. Brisket, Ribs, Chicken also potato salad and beans. UpNSmoke is a secret to many but They will soon be hard to book if the word gets out about them. I would recommend his service to any small or large group

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! This is your place, from start to finish Rich was phenomenal. His communication was excellent and very fast to respond, Rich answered any questions and his opinions were spot on, he was on time clean efficient and the food was INCREDIBLE! 120 people and every single person said it was possibly the best BBQ they have ever had! The street corn knocked your socks off! 90 pounds of meat and at the end of the night we had 1/2 a tray of veggies and a little Mac n Cheese left. Can’t thank Rich enough, everything he did and honestly he will take some stress off your plate with how good he is from beginning to end!
