Really liked the ability to rent a storage unit online. You are emailed/texted an access code and an unopened lock is inside your unit immediately. Staff are very friendly and units are clean. Security system is excellent.

The only think i really liked was that it's all by access card to enter, so no one is allowed in that doesn't have a 'key' card for the place itself.
There's ridiculous amounts of leaks left unpatched and buckets or puddles everywhere whenever if rained or stormed. Also had the issue with the lock from uhaul and required by uhaul break, but no help from anyone there so had to spend an additional $100 for it to get cut- which every place we had called had even thought uhaul should have had something to get it off. There's another place in town that does climate control as well, of which I've already recommended some of my friends too. Cheaper, cleaner, larger, gated, and the couple that run it are super awesome!
