While traveling south through in Oregon at lunch time on a Sunday, I googled "dining near me," and Two barrels Tap and Grill caught my attention because it offered dining with views of the Columbia River. My wife and I found the restaurant was tucked inside River Lodge and Cabins in Boardman. We chose a table near the window and was treated to great views of the Columbia River as advertised. Service was prompt, the beer choices were awesome,and the food, especially the elk burger and the steak salad hit the right notes with bold flavors. Two Barrels Taps and Grill is a no nonsense pub that delivers exceptional service, food, and drink at reasonable prices. The views out the window made it all the more special dining experience.

We all enjoyed our meal, as well as the stunning sunset and river outside. My son mentioned that his food (burnt ends) wasn't that hot. My husband really enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. My daughter ate all of her cheeseburger (she rarely does that). My meal was good, but I wish I had ordered a salad instead...lol! Service was attentive. My hubby and son reported that the beer was tasty, too.

Stumbled on this place after a weekend away. It’s a bit off the main road and inside the River Lodge and it was a lovely find. It sits river side with beautiful views the river and the boats passing by. Service was amazing and food was great.

We were greeted immediately and seated by the window with a river view. The server greeted us promptly. The food took a bit to get to the table. My chicken on the bed of spaghetti and tomato sauce was a bit gristly and didn’t seem to be seasoned all too well. The sauce was comprised of what I assumed to be and tasted like just tomatoes. Not much there to excite the palate. The noodles were done well, soft, which is my preference. The garlic roll was warm and tasted good.

The fish tacos were heavily breaded and lacked finesse.

I think with some fine tuning with the service staff and some expertise in the kitchen, it could be a phenomenal restaurant given its location and view.

My family of 4 came here on a whim while we were staying at the hotel. I'm a picky eater. My husband and I both had burgers (mine with a GF bun) and they let me substitute veggies instead of fries. The burgers were great! All the food came out hot ans delicious. The kids had grilled cheese and chicken strips and they liked all of it. We never get dessert but got the brownies in the shot glass and ice cream. Super good! I'm impressed with the food and the staff/service was exceptional!!! We will be back for sure! They have GF options and you can get any salad as a wrap or any burger wrapped in lettuce or a GF bun.

We were just passing through Boardman and came upon this place. Looked interesting so we went in. It does have a very new feel and not yet lived in feeling. Maybe in 10 or so years it will be able to give off the true "lodge vibe." Service was good (We always make allowances for businesses dealing with the covid crunch.). My wife had a very good chicken Caesar. I ordered the elk burger and was not disappointed. Usually an elk/bison burger comes out in the petite size of a 50 cent piece but this was a full-on burger. The lack of rustic ambiance was made up for by a table by the window looking over the river at sunset. We look forward to coming back and spending some time in one of their cabins by the river.

I was there at happy hour so lunch menu was limited but service was excellent. Turkey sandwich and ships hit the spot excellent views of the river. I went back and got Station 81 Burnrs ends! OMG so Excellent. I highly recommend 👌

I was truly disappointed with my order.
I ordered the fish and chips and received 2 fish sticks and some scattered fried. The coleslaw portion I got was so small it came in the same size container at the tarter sauce.
