Very rude front office staff. They seem nice until you have an issue with your stay, then they show who they truly are. They allow their guests to treat other guests terribly, when you go to the office to talk to them about any issues they will turn it around like it’s your fault and make you leave. Just overall terrible experience.

I have stayed here a couple times and will not stay anywhere else if I'm in Billings. This is a fantastic motel for pet owners and families. The family that run this motel are stellar folks and deserve recognition in their success ensuring guests are happy. The atmosphere here is inviting. Terrible experience with these people. My wife forgot her ring so I called them back and got chewed out for leaving the room a mess . We had 2 babies and they were so upset with us they basically threatened me it was horrible.

Definitely the coolest guys with the best rates in town hands down. I stayed there on Christmas and the family cooked and served a steak dinner to all it's occupants . It was such a kind thing to do. If you're ever in the Billings MT area and need a room I recommend giving you're business To motel Cubs. They've earned it through kindness and professionalism. We stayed here 2 nights. The owners are cordial and welcoming. Love the colored sheets and colorful towels. The water pressure and temperature were great. Room A/C kept us cool. Nice mini fridge with very small freezer compartment. Microwave. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Billings.

The staff at this motel are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean but they are in dire need of new linens and mattresses. The linens are old and ragged and the mattress was lumpy. The hair dryer in the bathroom was non working. I hate writing a review like this because you won't find better people no matter how hard you try.
