Twin Arrows Casino is a disaster. The people are rude, and most of them are just sitting at machines staring at their phones—not even playing. It’s like they’re there to kill time, not have fun.

Want a drink? Good luck. There are lines just to order, and if you dare to ask for a second, they interrogate you like you’re trying to scam them. There’s some weird drinks-per-hour rule that makes zero sense in a place designed for adults to have a good time.

And the food situation? Laughable. You’ve got two options: a pricey steakhouse that needs a reservation or an overcrowded sports bar where you’ll wait an eternity. If you get hungry late at night, you’re out of luck—there’s absolutely nothing available. For a 24-hour casino, they sure don’t plan for people needing food.

Here’s the kicker: they clearly have an issue with drunk people, but instead of offering more food to sober them up, they just hire more security to stand around and watch. Brilliant strategy, right?

This place is a joke. Rude people, ridiculous drink rules, and no food when you need it. Keep driving—this casino isn’t worth the stop.

Leaving for the day to be out of town we choose to Twin Arrows to get away too..As soon as we got there checking into our room n decided to go eat at a restaurant we was told we couldn't and ask why security advised we was intoxicated which we wasn't. We was there to experience what n how this casino since we never been there ,our choice we made to go too..We had to place our food order to be delivered to our room n was told to stay in our room..We pay so much to room here n food prices we payed . We actually stayed in our room all night, wasa very bad experience coming here ,I recommend if you gonna drink you definitely be confined in your room for the night..it wasn't no fun at all. Working all week n wanting to experience this casino wasn't the right choice to make to stop here .I recommend you go elsewhere.. Cliff Castle Casino I would recommend to go too if you wanting to enjoy n have some fun..Couldn't take water soda from outside into our room .. a bad choice we made to stop here which we will never go there again at all...

Worst Holiday experience ever. I was there for less than a full day, once I check out I get $250 random fee. Called, they said it was a cigarette smoke fee, I do not smoke I am a cancer survivor. They went around in circles telling me security cleared it and this & that. The manager after about a week called & told me they had pictures of "ash" & some trash but i needed a lawyer to see them. He accused me on the phone of smoking in their room. I never smoked and they also can't prove it. I've stayed at other casino resorts and i have never experienced this! I was there less than 24 hrs & I spent most of the night out of the room. I'm still trying to get my money back but it's their word against mine, as they don't have a viable way to prove smoke in a room. Its a total scam, not worth the stay at all! There is also other reviews on how they do this a lot to guests. 100% Do not recommend.

Decided to have a nice dinner after all day at Petrified Forest . The Zenith in the casino was nice. Service great . Portions large. Elegant dining room. We ordered filet mignon, Australian rack of lamb, wedge salad, calamari starter and French onion soup . Much too much food for three! All delicious except the soup was much too salty. Would recommend.

It's a little out of town, but we are glad we chose this as our stop for the night after a long day of traveling. It was completely smoke-free, which was so nice after the chemical smells in Vegas casinos. The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the steakhouse, which was good, but later at the sports bar, we could smell the nachos and wings from the table next to us and wished we had room for more food.

The staff here are very hospitable. The buffet food was hot and fresh. This property is very clean as are the rooms. I am not a big gambler but, I enjoyed our over night visit very much. We will be coming to visit here again soon.

First I would like to say the rooms are great! That being said...As a local....I AM NEVER SPENDING A DIME THERE AGAIN!!! After being an "Eagle" ....getting rooms and reasonable offers...they have totally screwed up. Now... I dont spend millions there but I spent/played enough to maintain "Eagle" status going into 2025.
Over the last 6 months the offers went from $150 free play, four free rooms/week and dining offers to........ Ready for this Feb. offer.....$10 free play(no rooms...not even one!!!, no dining, etc). I've gotten more rewards walking in the door of other casinos. So this is it....we're done....and I would never refer them to anyone again. Looks like Cliff Castle and anywhere else from now on.

Located just 20 mins outside of Flagstaff, this will definitely be our go to hotel now. Our room was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in and at a reasonable rate. The restaurants have great food and service is always attentive and polite. We did play the casino too and got lucky!
