We stopped by after work on Friday and were seated right next to the kitchen door. Throughout our meal, we watched the staff running food, and some stood right in the doorway while we were eating, which was pretty distracting and felt like we were unable to have a private conversation. We asked if we could move to another table but were told there were no other seats and that there were 100 reservations. However, by the time we wrapped up our meal, there were still several empty tables in the restaurant, which was disappointing.

On the positive side, the shrimp was delicious, and our server was great—fast and attentive. Unfortunately, the margarita was about 90% mixer with barely any tequila. For the price, it was underwhelming.

Overall, it was a mixed experience, and I’m not sure if we’ll be back.

I really enjoyed my Tulum experience. It was date lunch for my husband and I. It was perfect their Gold Margarita was absolutely DELICIOUS 😋 I ordered 2! I had the Tulum Fajitas and my husband had the enchiladas ranchero he's from Texas he enjoyed his food very much.

My wife got the shrimp tacos and ate 2 bites but didn't want to raise a fuss, usually this is an item that she gets from other Mexican restaurants but she said that the shrimp wasn't cooked right so the dogs had a treat later. The chorizo cheese dip was good, and so were my steak fajitas, though I regret not getting the chicken fajitas. The chorizo in the fajitas was delicious. The chips and salsa were also good. The atmosphere was cold, and I think our waitress forgot about us, especially when it came to bringing us our check. All in all I would have had a better time elsewhere.

I throughly enjoyed Tulum each visit! Every time we were sat quickly and received our food fast! The restaurant is newer, fresh and clean. It feels on the smaller side but they have plenty of seating outside when it gets warmer. The Tulum bowl and chunky guacamole are delicious but if you arent big on lettuce make sure to let them know. I had a ton at the bottom of my bowl. Another time I got the lunch fajitas and it was a large size and a great price. The key lime margarita is AMAZING!! Highly recommend and will visit again.
