i have Been staying here for three months now and while some of the things that people are saying Are true. I think it’s a work in progress. you can find those things at any hotel almost anymore. Because people are living in them they can’t get into apartments. The general manager Mir is a really smart Young man I feel like he has a really nice vision for Tulsa square hotel a lot of people stay at this hotel the rooms are almost always full. I Think that If we just give them a little time to get situated and remodeled That be a really nice hotel. P. S. i Hope they keep the swimming pool, and open it this summer!!!!!!

This was a nightmare we stayed about 12 days and our room was flooded almost everyday with raw sewage. It smelled horrible and my wife fell getting up one night slipped in the water that was pooled by the bed she went to make an incident report he refused. Christian the little man at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional he went so far as to call me Nigger. Nobody came to check on my wife and when she got hurt. The only staff in the whole motel that was helpful was Nick and the young lady that worked at night. They went back and changed the prices that had already been pd so the could get more money from my mother in law. So run away or speed away do not stop at the Bates motel. 3209 S 79th East Ave.Tulsa, Oklahoma. Anybody know a good lawyer for my wife

Positive: The price for the room was low. The place gave me stories to tell. Negative: I was told that they did not give out anything other than sheets for the bed (no blankets or comforters) because people steal them. There was no light bulb in the only light in the bedroom, They had no replacement bulbs. No hot water. More.

I checked in at 530 am on a Friday morning and wanted to rent room for 2 weeks. The counter person said he couldn't rent to me until 10:00 am. Which I was told I could check in any time because the counter was 24hours. The guy at the counter said you probably also was told we have a continental breakfast. After talking to him which he clearly was not wanting to do his job he decided to rent a room for the night which was 60.00 plus 50.00 deposit. I said will just come up to the next counter at checkout time and go ahead and rent room for 2 weeks then. So the next morning before checkout time to go up to counter and ask to rent room for 2 weeks. The counter person named Christian said I was going to have to pay late fees because I wasn't there at midnight to rent room for 2 weeks. I told him that wasn't right and I shouldn't have to pay any fees because it was before checkout time. He proceeded to tell me his manager had talked to me 3 times about it. That conversation never happened and he didn't like the fact I told him that. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to rent to me."because he knew what kind of customer I was going to be. I then said okay how about I apologize pay the fees? He said no to me paying for 2 weeks in advance and that he didn't want my business. I told him on my way out he shouldn't be in customer service and he was obviously lying. He then told me to meet him at 3pm when he was off work to fight. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had. This employee is unhinged and is a huge liability to town square. He should be immediately let go before he causes a lawsuit because of his temper. This is him pictured incase he gave me a fake name. I want my money back!! Update.... I called the front desk and Christian still works there. This company doesn't care who they hire. Also this company doesn't respond to emails.

My sister stayed there for one night. At 11:00 am. She was rushing to get out of the hotel for check out , and fell in the shower. The manager came knocking at 11:02 a.m. saying hurry up! Then she began to explain that she fell, he the said, “whose fault is that”? And told my sister she had 10 mins to leave or her credit card would be charged for another day! Absolutely rude and ridiculous!!!! Be aware!!!!! Especially of the elder community.

Do not stay at this hotel. My room literally has no toilet seat, there’s holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the sheets and curtains, writing all over the mirror, no lamp shade on one of the lamps, the AC unit is hanging off the wall on one side, no batteries in the remote, and the list goes on and on. I have never stayed in a hotel room like this IN MY LIFE. I tried asking for a new room and they claim they’re completely booked and said they could give me a number to request a refund at 10 o’clock at night. This room is atrocious and never should have been rented out to begin with.

Positive: "" Negative: Stains and holes on the bedding, nail polish and other various stains on the mattress, smashed cockroaches on the wall, gray mold on the iron. The backdoor did not lock, conjoining porch had bags of trash, and there are dogs barking in the next room.

I have stayed at this motel 3 times for work since I am from out of town. If I could give this motel 0 stars I would…the first time I stayed the shower head leaked on the ceiling and the door to the pool did not work good thing there wasn’t a fire…the next time I stayed there was no blanket and the tv didn’t not work or the remote didn’t work…this time no light bulbs in lamps, cut cable cord so couldn’t watch tv, no blanket yet again with a bed frame that didn’t fit the bed almost fell out of it if I didn’t sleep in the middle…they advertise all these things in the motel and yet none is looked at…no continental breakfast the gym out of order too much to list
