Comfortable stay with clean sheets and cozy beds. Hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided was decent. I also have noticed that there are cubicles for someone wanting to work from the lobby. Overall our experience was satisfactory.

I'm so disgusted with this hotel!!! We booked the room for a surgery because we don't live in the area, and the hospital it's right around the corner. The morning before the surgeon had a family emergency and had to reschedule the surgery for the following week. She composing myself from the shock of the chsnge of dates, I called to change the dates for our room and was told the room purchased didn't allow me to make any modifications. So I tried to cancel and was told the same thing, not allowed. I called customer service, and explained the situation and they canceled the room and said they would refund my money. Still waiting for the refund... it's been 3 days. No refund email or refund. I did receive a cancelation email.
This morning I woke up to a $263 charge on top of the $130 they wouldn't refund me!!! No email for an explanation or anything!
I'm so upset!! This hotel has charged my account almost $400 for a room I couldn't even use! I can't believe with these circumstances they wouldn't try to help! This surgery is an extremely important health matter! Believe me... we're not happy about the reschedule of the surgery. But the way this hotel has treated us is an absolute disgrace!!!
I will NEVER stay in ANY Hilton hotels again! You and your staff are heartless, inhuman, and disgraceful. We don't have that kind of money just sitting around....

Really very nice and friendly service. The room was pretty spacious. I really didn't like the no closet no drawer concept.... But considering we were only there for 2 days, it actually worked out pretty well. Also the breakfast was actually a really good one. Some of the best breakfast I had in a free breakfast hotel in a long time. The big reason why it only gets a three is because of the very very loud air conditioner system. What's so loud that I had to put up the sound of the TV just to hear it. Also, considering it was cold I turned on the heater and you can tell the vents have been cleaned for a very long time.

We travel a lot. We were in Scottsdale for a Tennis tournament , during the weekend I noticed a lot of people there for softball tournaments and soccer tournaments.
It was actually A quite energized atmosphere pretty busy everyone having a pretty good time With all other people from lots of traveling teams.
First, I want to Complement every single worker that we encountered, they made us feel so welcomed and special. It started from a young lady That checked us in Karmen (And the spelling may be wrong) sorry, But she was so helpful with everything We arrived a little early and had questions and Allison was the young lady who checked us out, saw her a couple days Just so pleasant and helpful ,then there was Brandon who works in the breakfast area wow !! is this guy proud of his work area kept it extremely tidy and filled and had a great Attitude.
I don’t take the time to read a lot of reviews, but my wife and I were so impressed with everyone we encountered. I’m not only did they And no point make us feel like we were a problem they made us feel like they couldn’t wait to Make her stay better. I named those three people only because I got their names, but everyone else we encountered was Equally as nice
I had problems with my television, and not only was the service super quick To respond they took care of it Immediately
once again, thank you for a wonderful stay in Scottsdale

This is our hotel of choice whenever we need one in Phoenix. I have stayed here with family and alone on business. Rooms are modern in design and comfortable. Never had a bad experience here. Rooms are quiet and you do not hear the freeway sounds. Great pool and hot tub. Good breakfast selections.

I’ve stayed here a few times, the first time I checked in through the app and when I get there they gave me a different room(which was really small when there was 2adts 2kids). The second time I checked in with the app and I received the room I picked(finally) but the room was bigger than the previous one. They tried to overcharge my mom when she went to buy something from the little store they have and when she said she’ll pay cash instead of charging it to the room the price some how was lowered. The breakfast is the problem. Yes it’s free but microwaving the meat is just TERRIBLE. Better off not having meat if all you’re gonna do is microwave it just disgusting. Overall nice place to stay if you need somewhere to stay a few nights

This appears to be a newish Hilton product, in this case in an area which appears to be under development as a kind of office park. The room was quite small but had everything I needed, if I had anything negative it would be that the airconditioner was rather noisy. The room rate was much more reasonable than for hotels in Scottsdale proper, but the location is not inconvenient, being pretty close to the freeway. There is no restaurant but breakfast is included and is adequate. Very good value for money, which happened to matter to me in this case.
