Great strategic location: half a mile from State Farm stadium and half a mile from Westfields and other malls. Close to the Freeway. Simple and straightforward comfortable rooms. This hotel is pet friendly without looking like a hotel that's been trashed by pets. Decent sized room, firm beds, quiet, good shower pressure, pleasant staff. Only one elevator was working at the time I stayed there and that one was very slow. Great location near the highway, restaurants and shops.

I understand paying for parking in Philly and LA but in podunk Glendale Ridiculous

Located on the Westgate property adjacent to the Tanger outlets and right next door to the Renaissance hotel and conference center. This is my 3rd Tru and I love them all. This location was clean and comfortable. Room was nice. Tru is not the 4 seasons but if you want a great hotel based upon pragmatic principals and not flashiness, this is your place.

They have only one sectional like couch chair in the back and the fire pit was not working. They charge 18 a day for parking. True slap. Breakfast wasnt bad. Eggs were runny though. Swimming pool outside was dirty. Fitness room was ok.

Not available very often by I take it when I travel to Glendale AZ. Super nice people, clean no grills accomodations, smart TVs, colorful and near all kinds of restaurants. I normally go for business with no time to hang out, but the pool and lobby always look tempting. Breakfast is typical Hanpton Inn fare but it's there. Downside, they charge for parking. It was $18/night last time, up from $10 the previous time.

I wasn't even going to review this hotel even though my stay wasn't great due to hair in both beds and the beds being hard as a rock BUT then I saw a charge for parking on my receipt (it took them hours to email it after checkout).

I called the location first and spoke to rude Richard who asked me "why would I think parking would be included" - I had to do everything in my power not to curse him out.

I then called and spoke to THREE OTHER PEOPLE in the Hilton Honors call center who claimed to not see parking included. The FOURTH call into Hilton Honors call center saw it! And called RICHARD in Glendale, AZ who lied to the call center rep and said he left notes for the manager. What Richard told me to do was call a manager cause I can't do anything for you.

I used to be a Hilton Honors Gold and I stopped using Hilton brands, I remember why now and will go back to Marriott brands.

Very nice hotel, good selection of snacks at front desk, hot breakfast was good, didn't go to pool because its December and didn't make it to the gym because I was lazy. Good experience overall, but my one criticism is the tv remote didn't work worth a sheeyit.

We waited in the lobby about thirty minutes before someone showed up to help us. We were ready to call the authorities because it seemed like the hotel had been abandoned. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean.
