I left my necklace That was a sentimental gift on the nightstand And the housekeeper Stole it. Customer service was not any help nor were they very professional. She bring valuable items. Make sure you lock them up or don’t bring them to your room because their housekeepers are thieves.

Did Hilton get purchased by Spirit airlines? They're changing for wifi now. E: it's a deception, wifi is free, it just looks like you must pay. PITA. Also, they should've chosen different flooring. This false wood floor holds dirt and it sticks on the feet. Definitely not a cleaning issue, a flooring choice issue. This building is only a few years old and you can see where they really cheaped out on some things. May or may not return. Unsure. I also questioned the use of so many pointy angular things in the shower but hey it's not my liability it's yours.

Main major issue. No HOT water. Shower, sink all merely warm at best. One has 4 main needs at hotels. HVAC, mattress, clean, and HOT showers. They checked 3 boxes, but I would not return due to water. Also very confusing entrance to property.

Clean and well maintained. Rooms are small, which was not a problem. Placement of the bench beneath the TV makes it basically unusable for sitting. So, the desk chair and bed are the only places to sit. There is also quite a bit of noise transfer between rooms, so be aware.

Rooms are cleaned every other day, but be sure to make sure you check they refilled all the soaps (they are wall dispensers) before the cleaning crew leaves. The night staff does not have access to provide missing items. Other than this the service was good.

Staff was friendly, decent buffet breakfast included, and overall a good value for the cost.

If you have kids, there are foosball tables in the lobby. Many kids had fun playing on them during our stay.

We had no issues at all.. stayed for one night to visit family and this hotel did not charge highway robbery rates to bring our small dog with us.||Stayed on the fourth floor, king bed. No noise, super quiet. Lots of pillow, comfy bed. Thing we loved was the big screen tv!! I don't know the size, but it was way larger than some places we have stayed at.||Yes, it's basic room with no hangers, but who cares! We only stayed for one night.||Would we stay again? Absolutely!

I checked in after traveling for 8 hours, a girl named Carmen was working the front desk & she was so sweet & nice! She was very welcoming, with a bubbly and outgoing personality! I talked to her many times during my stay and it was always a great conversation and very helpful! She made me feel right at home in a place I had never been! My room was nice and clean as well! Thank you Carmen! All around great experience and if I’m ever in the area, I will definitely be back. ☺️

This hotel is in a really great location. It's fairly simple and has a limited breakfast, but it's great for families or for low-cost stay passing by this area. The hotels and rooms are fairly clean but just have limited features as all tru do.

I am under 21, and it was hard to find a hotel that would accept that. I found this hotel online and read through the policy, and it said you have to be 18+ to reserve, so I was thankful! I called the place first to confirm, and they said you can rent a room if you’re over 18 (stated in their code of conduct as well). My boyfriend and I went to the Newport Aquarium and decided to stay in this hotel, only to realize when we got to the hotel, apparently they only rent to people 21+. EVEN THOUGH it said on the website that they rented to 18+, and I also called the hotel in advance to double check. Their website is wrong, and their staff doesn’t know their policies. Don’t go here if you’re not over 21, they will not let you in.
