The music is so loud you can't hear the workers or to place your order. My order was wrong when I picked it up. First time and the last coming here. The outside seating is dirty with trash everywhere.

They never have the oatmeal pudding in stock. Why even have it on the menu if you’re not going to properly stock to sell it? Not the first time either. Probably like the 8th time I pull up and they say sorry we ran out of ingredients.. at 10am? What a joke this place is.

Check your receipt! I went through the drive-thru to get a cold treat and spent 9 dollars on a delicious smoothie. I gave them my card and they went off to the front to swipe my card. When I got my receipt, I noticed my 9 dollar smoothie (plus tax) jumped up to 10 dollars. I was curious what happened and noticed a 10% tip was added. I was a little upset about this since I already spent 9 dollars which is kind of a lot for a smoothie. But it blew my mind that they thought they could do that without my permission. When I called about this, they said I could come back for a refund and weren’t apologetic, which made me think this is an ongoing thing. That being said, make sure you take a look at your receipt next time you get a drive-thu smoothie at this location!

A fruit smoothie typically has a refreshing, sweet, and fruity flavor. I have been to a few Tropical Smoothie Cafes;'s in town and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, the one I received at the Grant and Swan location was anything but refreshing and satisfying. It was watered down with very little fruit taste.
My usual fruit smoothie, a blend of strawberries, bananas, and orange juice, was missing from the menu. The employees initially argued that they couldn't make this combination despite all the available ingredients. It was a frustrating experience.
He then said that he had to charge me extra for this custom order, which I did not object to, as I was expecting a sweet and rich taste.
When I finally received my smoothie, it was a disappointment. It was the worst frozen drink I've ever had. It was so watered down that the fruit was barely discernible. I regret the money I spent on this drink and now know not to order anything from them again. I strongly advise you to avoid this business and find a better alternative.

Never again. Most unpleasant experience picking up a drink despite my kind efforts. If I could give 0 to the customer service I would. Appears that management needs to change up…Be kind, be happy.

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time this Saturday morning. We were not aware that it was only open for drive through at this point in time, so it was a little confusing at first. However, the food was absolutely delicious. His peanut butter banana smoothie was well balanced and not overpowering in any way. I had the green dream bowl and it was absolutely to die for and unlike anything I've had before. Definitely craveable. We will be back!
