Positive: Second time staying here, this time was somewhat better than the first. Room was clean, bed was ok for an overnight stay. Negative: Cold front came in and the room heater wasn't working. The vanity lights for the bathroom sink didn't work either.

It perfectly suited our needs and was a more affordable option than others. Just needed a clean space to put my head down at night and shower in the morning, and this was sufficient. Had a slight weird odor upon walking in the room and there is only a sheet to cover with on the bed. Other than that, no thrills, good stay

There was only a sheet and pillows on the bed, no comforter or anything. Dead bugs on the restroom floor and the shower curtain was missing the inner lining. The shower was so strong the curtain whipped around.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, friendly staff, and a great location! Walmart is right next door in case you need something! The front desk lady was very accommodating and kind, and the back porch had a lovely view of beautiful nature. Can see deer in the trees! We recommend!

This was a very nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay. It is "no frills" I guess, but If you don't like the awful breakfasts most hotels have, then you might enjoy not paying for it in the cost of your stay. Also, no big fancy lobby to heat and cool. Everything in our room was clean and worked great, and we were quite comfy and content.|

Stayed here for a couple of nights and have no complaints. I leave a lot reviews and always try to find something that might be a negative. The one negative I would have to say is the AC was good but not great. The days were in the upper 90s and our room was ADA so I would attribute that to art of it.

I always base my stay on location, hot water, comfortable bed/pillows, price and AC/Heat. This property is tucked away off the service road and behind a Lowes. Even locals weren't aware of the tucked away location; we definitely felt safe. We had plenty of hot water, the beds/pillows were comfortable and it was a great price. The AC was the only thing I could come up that was anything close to being negative.

This is not a fancy property by any means. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, safe with no frills property at a great price then this is your place.

Definitely a property I will look up again when I am back in town.
