Me and my wife have stayed here multiple times on long stays and absolutely only place in Enid we will stay. The service is amazing from everyone the pool is fantastic and location is quiet and spacious but still close to anything and everything you need. We are moving to Enid and had to stay 2 weeks and they made it so comfortable for us while staying 10/10 would recommend!!!!

By no means is this a 5 star hotel but this is the only Travelodge I stay at. I have always checked in with either Tyler or Jerika and they are always amazing and quick to get us checked in. Beds are amazing along with the pillows. You will sleep like a baby. It does need a remodel but still a very decent hotel.

You get what you pay for cheap room cheap service. Staff have no food handler license, but prepare food. Very unsanitary, rooms are unclean. Cigarette butt's and trash line the parking lot. Drug activities, halls reek of weed, staff all have questionable back grounds, I would not use a credit card at this location but pay cash to keep your identity safe

Clean your hotel properly! Get rid of the mold, roaches, and the bad smell. The first room they booked me in was not clean. The second room they booked me in the tub was clogged. The hallway and room smelled like smoke and mildew. And yes they have roaches. I booked here because it was a last minute decision to stay out of town overnight and for the convenience but I will not be booking here again!

Got roaches,very dirty, customer service is horrible. Walked in my room was a roach, seeing one in hallways. Woke up to one on the head board and one on the wall next to the bed. The whole building is dirty. You can tell they don't clean the halls or door ways at all.

The workers were nice and front office/pool area seemed clean enough. Cleaning ladies were SUPER nice and greeted us with a smile.

However, our non-smoking room and the hallways all smelled like smoke- tobacco and weed. It's grungy, dated, and sketchy. The AC vent was covered by the curtains so unless we wanted to let the outside have full view of the room, the room doesn't cool down.

I was required to place a $100 deposit in cash with a walk-through required prior to leaving to get it back. If you're looking for something clean, quiet, updated, with no hassle- look at all other hotels not located on Van Buren. I was visiting and just didn't know any better.
