I booked a room 3 months before my stay and last minute was told I could no longer have that room I was was given 2 different reasons. One the room was double booked and two they were having electrical issues. Originally I was paying $98 for 2 nights they said they could move me to another room but the nightly rate was $159 per night. The entire booking got cancelled and they not only took the $98 out of my bank account but also processed to take out the $159. Luckily my bank took care of it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! They should have moved me to another at the original price. They must have found out there was a big event happening that weekend and just wanted to get more money for the room. 🤬

Wonderful place to stay! My room was open, bright and spotless. The price is amazing, location close to downtown Flagstaff and just under 2 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a real vacation.

Ive known Don a few years. Whenever im in town he takes care of my stay always polite nice chargers the least amount for a room deposit
This stay was special he gave us a biggestroom very clean. We were reuniting after 2 years away as a family. He made sure we didnt have any problems here!! Thank you Don!!!!

Never gave back my deposit and I've been waiting for a month for it. I didn't take anything and didn't use anything they had. They won't answer the phone and there was used socks and boxers in my rooms closet.

Rooms were dirty, beds supper firm, shower is super small with no pressure and needs complete remodeling. They charge a resort fee which is a joke bc they have no pool or things to do. We also booked a queen bed and got 2 double beds.

I stayed in the deluxe queen room and was very pleased. Very clean. Looks recently updated. Awesome shower. The bed was fine, nice linens and pillows. The hotels here are right on business 66 and a train track, so expect some noise. I used some ear plugs and had no problems. Very friendly staff. Will use again.

Got to the hotel and the guy at the desk was very rude, it was late so we went in the room and stayed because we were exhausted after traveling all day, the towels were dirty and filled with holes, was charged an extra hundred dollars for blood on the sheets which was not cause by anyone in our party, and wasnt there when we left the room, room was dirty, shower was broken and handles came off so nobody was able to shower. Very unprofessional and disgusting hotel, there is a reason it's rated as a 1 star hotel. Don't waste your money stay somewhere else. They are definitely trying to scam money from people.
