I spent 3 weeks at this Motel. I had spent some time in the hospital and had to have somebody drive me there they spent one night in their own room both rooms were in excellent shape. The entire place was freshly painted and the parking lot freshly sealed. The air conditioner worked great. The manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met. The housekeeper did an outstanding job every time I had room service done. Quiet and clean,should be closer rated to a four-star. I have stayed in a lot of motels, the review says it's a two-star, this place is a lot better than a two-star and they have a waffle machine with outstanding waffles!

Everything was perfect. 👌 Very clean and big room. The hotel has been renovated. Super nice customer service-the manager matched the price to the online one and he gave us a bigger one. ☝️ quiet place and safe.

My room was very clean and neat. I suggest bringing your own toiletries as the foil packs of shampoo are nearly impossible to open and are very small.
My only real complaint is that they refused to honor my AAA discount.

DO NOT RESERVE OVER PHONE. The 800 number tried to charge me an extra $100.00.
The floor was dirty and the shower was not cleaned after they used it to dump dirty water from mop bucket. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay there again if I ever need to.

This town is full of motels. All the name brand places are overpriced, but this one is quite reasonable. It's also clean and well-maintained and the desk clerk was very cheerful and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

For an old hotel it was pretty good. The bed was very comfortable and to my liking. Most of the furniture was old but very clean and looks like it was well taken care of. The price of $80 a night was worth it. I give it a very good instead outstanding because I do believe it needs to be upgraded. Springerville is not a tourist destination, and it does make sense that they haven't done anything to improve the rooms

Floors were dirty and dusty. Owner said the price is $99.99, no matter what it says on maps. I was asked if I have a dog, no. A dog barked outside and I was accused of having a dog. If I wasn't so tired, I would have left. It's not a hundred dollar a night motel. Vending machines broken, a few dead birds and feces at almost every post from nesting swallows....a dead bat in the ac for the room....
