Great price for a room with a kitchen. The room is very old and clearly needs a remodel but at this price I won't complain about it. The only issue I had is noise. The sound insulation is very poor and I can clearly heard the people staying below me were blasting tv, music, talking loudly and slamming the door throughout the night. It aslo seemed like klamath falls residents have a deep fondness of loud exhaust vehicles. You can hear constant noise from the street throughout the day and I am surprised it can be this annoying at a small town. If you want to bring and cook your own food this hotel is great value, but if you want good rest then maybe consider somewhere else.

This place was very good value if only looking at its size and amenities. Its basically a large studio apartment. However, it was one of the dirtiest rooms I've stayed in and smelt very strongly of harsh cleaners that didn't fade. Also the location wasnt great as it was noisty next to a drive thru restaurant and busy suburban street. The noise wasn't a constant hum but very changing and chaotic as muffler ordinances in this town are either non-existant or arent enforced. Most places Ive stayed in the middle of large cities were quieter than this location in this small town.

This place was unexpectedly great. I travel a lot and when staying in hotels, I usually pick budget ones and it's always a roll of the dice. This place was great, especially for the price. The room was huge and super clean, had a full kitchen, and really nice pillows (quite the rarity in budget hotels). I'm on a motorcycle and asked for (and got) a ground floor room on the parking lot so I could keep an eye on my bike, but the whole place was very chill. The checkin was easy and the person working there was super nice. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

I LOVED this room! I'm so happy I passed all the other motels and chose this one. The room included a full size kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, a full size fridge etc. The bathroom was spacious and nice. There is a taco bell right next to it and its in a quiet location. It had cable with many channels and I got to binge watch Jersey Shore lol. This room felt very homey and comfortable. All for under $90. Can't beat it honestly! And the staff was so sweet and kind ❤️ I recommend this motel 10000%

Rooms were spacious and clean. They were fairly quiet, except when the upstairs guests started running/jumping up and down the stairs at 4:30 in the morning to get an early start. A travel noise machine would have helped with that. The parking lot was pretty tiny though we found a spot in front of our room. If you're headed to Crater Lake it is a little farther away. We did not expect the Jacuzzi tub. It was a little difficult getting in and out of, but would be nice after a long day of hiking.

This past trip to Crater Lake wouldn't have been the same without the amazing staff at Townhouse Inn & Suites in Klamath Falls. My stay was fantastic, but what truly impressed me was their incredibly helpful service.

Let me explain: I accidentally left some clothes behind in the bathroom. The staff at Townhouse Inn & Suites went above and beyond by helping me arrange a courier service to send those clothes back home! This saved me a major headache and showed just how much they care about their guests.

This place is so great! I always try to book the best places for me and my family on our road trips and I was so pleasantly impressed by this little inn. Check in process was easy and the gentleman who helped us was very kind, rooms are spacious to comfortably fit 4 adults and our luggage, and everything was clean and orderly. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again

Very comfortable and spacious room. Even though it was next to the street, I was not bothered by any noise.
It was spotlessly clean and the sheets and towels had a wonderful smell that is hard to find anymore.
If I passed through the area, I would stay again.
