Overall experience was good.
Room was probably the biggest component lacking.

We got a 2 bedroom suite, one of the bedrooms air conditioning unit wasn't even working so it was a little warm in the unit. When we got to the room , there was still a little bottle of hang full apple juice just laying on the floor.
The bath room sink was draining slow so it was annoying to brush your teeth.

Service was super friendly though, they accommodated our early check in.

May stay here at a later date, still undecided. Plenty of other options to explore regarding hospitality.

Great experience so far, very accommodating. Got me into a suite last minute. When I needed to extend my stay, they went out of their way to make it happen. Service was great, deep cleaned my room every two days or on request. Location is close to many stores and restaurants. It was a little too hot to use the pool area during my stay. Breakfast could use a little more variety on a daily basis, and maybe higher quality food, but it's not bad. I'd rather just walk across the street to the diner. Laundry costs 3 dollars for wash and dry. The gym has the minimum amount of equipment to get a workout.

Amazing hotel !! The rooms were clean, spacious, and just what we needed! Normally in hotels I don’t feel clean or fresh, but here I was so comfortable and felt great! The breakfast was amazing, and had alot of options, the nice lady who was in charge of breakfast was so kind and helped us out with my toddler being fussy! We will definitely stay here again.

Room was fine,but the AC smelled a little off. Front desk was very helpful. They have a form you can fill out to get bag breakfast: great for 6am departures. Breakfast staff was nice.

Loved our stay. We had a nice clean room with kitchenette which worked well for us. We had our dog with us and there were nice grass areas for her to use. We also used the laundry area which was very clean. This was a quiet location we would definitely stay here again!

Free breakfast was delicious. Hot breakfast. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, yogurts,great selection. Coffee,OJ,milk, juices. Beds really comfy. Would that stayed longer,but was just passing through Yuma for the night.

I’ve been staying here for over 3 months and I could not be happier with the service that I’ve received. The entire front desk staff, Melissa in particular, has been a huge help and has been super patient with me through my many room key requests and other questions throughout my stay. Also the hospitality and warm welcome that Lisa provide each and every time that we come and go, is incredibly heartwarming and makes us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout my career, and have not met a staff as professional, accommodating and overall welcoming as this place. I’d highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality hotel. …feels like home

While on a long trip and stopping in Yuma, Arizona, I did not expect to find a little slice of road trip heaven, but that's what I found at this hotel. The accommodations are really nice, clean, well stocked, well furnished. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Common space clean and attractive. I had the best night's sleep I'd had in over a week.I am not in the habit of writing that many hotel reviews, but when I find something this good I feel I must share my experience with others.
