My company put me up here for 2 weeks and I had a lovely stay. The manager Jeremy put me in top floor end room so it would be quieter. Kathleen the week day breakfast attendant was such a sweetheart and so attentive. Having on site laundry was very nice.

My only complaint would be that the photos and Google listing show a hot tub in the indoor pool area that seems to have been tiled over in the last year. I was a little disappointed to not get to utilize that. But overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay there again.

I went to this hotel twice this month, amazing staff, wonderful location. The duck pond near this hotel is wonderful, and the indoor pool was fun too. Next time I'm staying at a hotel in town, I'm coming here!

This hotel is clean and comfortable with close proximity to plenty of stores and restaurants. I stayed for two nights on my most recent stay without any issues. It's worth noting that breakfast ends at 9:00 during the week, because I tend to assume it will be available until at least 9:30.

The location is perfect for choosing restaurants; plenty to choose from. The hotel is very nice and the atmosphere is very welcome. The front desk woman was very nice to provide all if the amenities and the time schedules. While my start of the day was quite early (before breakfast), I was able to catch some food to take for my meeting off-site.

I lived in this hotel for 7 months. Before I stayed at this hotel, I stayed in a hotel on 96 street there was absolutely terrible. I’m so glad I found this hotel to move to. My one bedroom suite was big and very comfortable. The cleaning staff were pleasant and always did a good job. The front desk, people were polite and always tried to solve problems the best they could. The breakfast room was always very clean.. Kathleen always served hot and good breakfast. I feel like since I stayed there for seven months that if there had been a problem I would’ve known. Jeremy, Kathleen Victoria and Easter work hard to keep this hotel running smooth. I would stay at this hotel without any hesitation. My home away from home couldn’t have been better!

This hotel was horrible! I stayed there for 1 week with my children for work and the very first night there were large roaches in the room that I stayed in of 219. Late that night, after going to my car retrieving Raid roach spray I keep for traveling, I had to spray around the wall vent where I witnessed the large roaches coming from! UNBELIEVABLE!!! that night, the very nice clerk, I believe her name was Kathleen moved us into another room. She stated the manager would speak with me the next morning and the manager DID NOT SAY A WORD, OR CALL MY ROOM to F/U on the incident. The housekeeping is HORRIBLE!!! NOT EVER EXPERIENCED SUBSTANDARD SERVICE FROM HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IN A HOTEL, and I have traveled and stayed at multiple hotels across the state during my many years of traveling for work. Initially arriving to the hotel, I first of all had to disinfect literally every part of the room. The table by the sofa was caked with food and my children and I had to wipe things down with Lysol wipes, literally using an entire container on the 1st room we checked into. There was what looked like a pubic hair on the sheet, on on the back of the toilet, that I removed, and thinking it could have fallen from the hair of someone who was preparing the room for our stay, yet, now looking back, its nasty to think about! There was a large stain on one of the sofa cushions, that was purple in color, appearing to be some sort of yogurt or other food stain, that I had to take off the sofa, and take down to the receptionist telling her I did not even want it in the, and some time later, some man brought another sofa cushion to replace on the sofa. Yet, if housekeeping were doing a righteous job in cleaning and inspecting for the next customer, that should not have even been left in the room period. The bottom curtain of the bed had stains left on it; the internet is horrible; housekeeping does a very poor job. I got one full requested cleaning the whole 7 day time we were there, yet the second requested full cleaning I asked for housekeeping, all someone did was come and make a bed, period, nothing else, and this was noticed once I arrived after work that evening. Making a bed, that's something I could have done myself!!!! There were no clean linens placed on the bed. It was terrible for the amount of money that people pay for this hotel and that my work pay for this hotel. I will not ever stay in a TownPlace Suites again, simply from the poor quality and experience from this one locatiin in Tulsa/Owasso North, because I expected better Quality service. And I was totally dissatisfied during the stay. The staff was kind, yet the housekeeping and the upkeep of the rooms and the cleanliness and the roaches that was in room. 219 was very terrible to see an experience. It really startled me! It needs To get better. it's unclean and this hotel needs to up their game!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Nice hotel, stayed a few times. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is very friendly. A few decent restaurants within walking distance if there were sidewalks in the area.

The front desk staff was friendly. Kathleen was extremely helpful and nice. The maid service was perfect. My bed was very sift & comfortable. Room was clean and had all amenities. I never heard anyone coming or going. It was really nice experience. Only fault....the pool wasn't warm enough for me LOL
