The day we arrived, we were tired and were greeted at the front desk by Isreal. He had a smile on his face and was so helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, and each additional time, we went to the desk he was so helpful and continued to have a smile on his face.|Breakfast had a variety of selections plus mild, medium, and bold coffee. |Our room was very nice and well appointed. It was roomy enough to spend 5 nights in. Housekeeping was every other day, which was convenient. We were at the end of the hall, so the location was very quiet. |Parking was sufficient, with parking in front of the building as well as in the back. Always enough spaces when coming back at various times in the evening. |We did not use the pool, but it did look nice. The food pantry had a good quantity and selections of snacks, frozen items, and various non alcoholic drinks.

I chose this hotel based on its good reviews. I honestly don’t know how the reviews are as high as they are. The entire building - lobby, hallways, elevators, and room - had a strong chemical smell that made me nauseous. I couldn’t wait to leave. The room was old and in need of renovation - furniture and furnishings straight out of the 80s, cracking/missing tile grout, etc. The television was smaller than my computer monitor. A large bag of trash that was in the hallway near my room when I got there, was still there when I left. Breakfast (while I don’t expect much of free hotel food) was marginal at best. Won’t be back - in hindsight, there are several newer/nicer properties close by for similar money.

Our stay at TownePlace Suites was exceptional! The front desk staff was friendly and professional, but the standout was General Manager Vincent Leoni. His personalized service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were truly remarkable. Vincent sets an incredible example of how to treat customers, making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Think most positive reviews are from years ago. The room was dated with super load fridge and AC. The breakfast is the worst marriot breakfast I have ever experienced idle didn't feel comfortable touching anything that's not packaged. The seemed old and possibly is the same left overs from last week. The same sad looking apple and oranges were left there for 3 days and no one would touch them.

The room wasn't all bad, but it did have structural concerns. My floor tiles were so loose that every time I walked into my room, I could feel the tile shifting with every step. The breakfast was the worst out of all the Marriott I've traveled to. When I come back to the area, I will elect to stay at another location.

I got tricked by the good reviews on google. This is not a very nice hotel. The room has a heavy wet and musty smell when you walk in. The hotel is very dated and is in need of a remodel.

I checked in on the app which is usually fine at every other Marriott property but this place required an ID check at the counter before I could get my digital key. I’m gold elite with Marriott so they should be fairly certain I am who my reservation says I am. I have no clue how this place has 4.5 stars. Something seems strange. I do not recommended this place at all.
