I travel to AZ every other week for business and stay at Marriott hotels specifically due to how impressed I’ve been with the accommodations until now. This hotel is dated, dingy, dirty, and just not a good place to stay. Beds are hard, pillows are flat, drapes are torn, mold in the shower, spa and pool are disgusting, and if you unlucky enough to stay in the two bedrooms on the hospital side of the hotel you’ll be greeted with construction starting at 6am everyday. Front desk was nice enough to provide extra pillows but could t help with anything else. If I wasn’t traveling with my family and needed the extra room I would have checked out and left. I highly discourage anyone from staying here and plan to be very vocal with Bonvoy, better business, the health department (pool and spa in photo are open for use)

We have been staying at this location for at least the past 10 years, every time we work at Palo Verde power plant for an outage. We will always choose this hotel because we love it. Friendly service, spacious rooms, nice kitchenettes and well maintained, located in the ever-expanding Goodyear area.
A few things I would like to see improvements on in the future:
1. Better maintained swimming pool and fix the hot tub.
2. I was always under the impression that the blue can in the room was for recyclables, and the white can for other trash. However, my roommate claims he saw that housekeeping just dumps both cans into the same big trash bag. If this is true, I would like to see that change. I don’t know if Goodyear just doesn’t have a good recycling program, or if it is a management decision, or if my friend mistook what he saw.

Other than that, I hope this location continues to be an option for us during future PV outages.

Shot out to the staff man from day one just on point friendly polite and very professional mad kudos to Theresa the housekeeping lady she's the best she treated like a valued guest speechless o came to work for a month and was maintenence was A1 she did above and beyond for me she should get a raise or a promotion thank you so much Theresa you rock this place needs more people like you to have the place top noch

Always super clean and quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast with REAL bagels and hard boiled eggs. Staff is extremely nice. They even have games to borrow!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was in a good location. Close to major stores and places to eat. Not much to do tourists wise, but not too far to get to and from Phoenix. The only thing I was disappointed in was that when sitting by the pool there were no umbrellas for shade. I would have spent more time outdoors if there were some shade.

We used points to reserve our stay and were only given the option for their cheapest and lowest quality room. Studio king with kitchenette. So much for being a Marriott Bonvoy member. Could only image what it would be like for someone outside membership. I'm sorry in advance. The location is perfect for The Phoenix Speedway and also plenty of restaurants and shopping in the close proximity of this hotel.

But I am a very critical person when it comes to my rooms and my continental breakfasts. I mean I have changed hotels because of bad room selection before. But make use of their kitchenette if your closet does not smell like weed directly behind you while you are trying to scrabble your eggs. But why am I making eggs for breakfast in my room when they offer continental breakfast you ask... Well if you like to chew on sugar chunks in your pre-made waffles, or eat eggs that are dry and taste and feel fake wall paper, or even like sausage patties that taste like you are chewing on wet cardboard, then that's why you are making breakfast in your room.

This place has the WORST and I mean the WORST MOST DISGUSTING BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER TRIED!!! I dumped mine strait to the trash after my first few bites. Because that's where it belonged. Sad I had to stay here for 6 days. Hope this was helpful.
