Location is great....tons of shopping and food options! Overall, clean throughout the property. Good gym too. Staff was great. Breakfast was really good too. Room was a tad small but not too concerning. We will be back to stay again. Parking is 10 bucks, just a warning.

Check the sheets before you sleep in them. We have stayed at this hotel a couple times and absolutely loved it. However, this last visit in Nov 2024 was a huge disappointment. When we went to check out, my husband discovered a blood stain on the bottom of the sheets. They clearly didn’t change the sheets in between guest. I travel a lot for work and thankfully, this was the first time I’ve ever experienced this. When I reached out to the management, I was offered an kind apology and a few extra points. Never got the points not that would have changed anything anyway. Check the sheets before you sleep in them.

Wow. This place by far exceeded my expectations. I had been staying at their sister company across the street (Aloft) and had an awful experience there. |Ananda at the front desk helped me out. She gave me a discount for my horrible experience at the sister company. She made us feel at home. Their breakfast in the mornings is the perfect way to start your day right.|The rooms here are some of the best suites I’ve seen or stayed in. You could be comfortable for 2 nights to 20 nights here with the stove, dishes, close to full size fridge, full size closet, and they even have dishwasher!! |The bed was just mediocre as far as being comfortable but I realize that’s subjective. |Everything else made up for that. Jennifer M. Was working hard to make sure breakfast was a wonderful experience and it was. |Did I mention the pool? It was AWESOME. That have a huge hot tub too which is nice for relaxing at night. |I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family in the area. The customer service here is top notch!

GREAT surprise for my experience with Towneplace!! This is an amazing Towneplace Suites!! We thoroughly enjoyed our very clean and spacious room! Great service from every staff member we encountered with our 2 night stay! Breakfast area was kept full, and hot food was hot! Thank you to the entire staff at this amazing property!!||(FYI to Marriott- those scones need improved upon!)

Really great location to the stadium and Westgate Entertainment District. Room was great, full size fridge, 2 burner induction top, microwave, fully stocked with dishes..... Insulation between rooms does NOT exist. We could totally hear every conversation of our neighbors, for this I would never stay here again.

Jen at the bar was great. Star employee. Chicken Caesar salad was great. Room for improvement on the pretzel bites. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was great. Here for business and felt very comfortable. Great experience.

Jennifer, in the bar, made our stay more enjoyable. We have stayed at this hotel previously and she remembered us from our other stay. Asking us if we wanted the drinks that we had ordered before. Pleasant conversations and pointers about local restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to seeing her again on our next stay in Glendale.

Quick three night stay in the Glendale Az area while taking in a football game. Nothing too notable about the hotel itself but just the everyday expectancy was top notch. Nice big clean comfy room with nice kitchen area, refrigerator included. Small bar in the lobby is a nice touch and the breakfast in the morning was totally sufficient to get started. Pool and hot tub were very nice and workout room looked adequate enough. The place was very close to the Westgate area with easy walking to the Cardinals stadium. Will stay again.
