Room was clean. Towels were plentiful staff good
Great desk and floor personnel. Very helpful.
Came for breakfast after closure time. VP was walking by stopped and told me to wait a minute and brought out All kinds of breakfast foods for me and my wife even had a staff member helping us.kept on asking. Do we need anything else
Really terrific service. VP name is Ken
Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The pool area was clean, as was the gym. Breakfast is free and has a limited selection. They say there is free coffee and tea in the lobby during the day/evening, but each time I checked it, it was tepid at best. Employees at the desk were nice and did their best to be helpful.
Having a kitchenette in the rooms turned out to be a nice perk! The fridge actually got cold and the microwave worked. Nice, basic supply of standard kitchen ware is provided including things to cook in, measuring and mixing bowls, and dishes, utensils, cups and glasses.
Bathroom was clean and a good size. The shower, which is a large walk in one with a glass wall on half of the opening (you get a tub/shower combo in the suites with the separate bedroom). In our room (208) it leaked badly and was in need of new caulk. Even if you were very careful about the spraying shower, the water came out under the edge of the glass from the inside and caused a flood on the bathroom floor. It was bad enough that there is likely water under the vinyl flooring.
The floors in our room were clean in the vinyl flooring area and dirty in the carpeted area. So much so that it turned the bottom of my white socks almost black, in a very short period of time.
There were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet of our room, or the suite my daughter in law was in (room 303). This made it particularly hard to make up the pull out bed for my granddaughters in that room (room 303), and we had to wait a long time for poor Molly at the desk to get them for us, since it appeared she was working the desk alone. Speaking of the pull out bed, do you really expect anyone but a small child to be able to sleep on that?!? It is horrible! 1 inch of foam on a base of wood does not make it a pull out bed! Sheesh! Do NOT expect to be able to put teens or adults on this thing!

The hotel is a recent build and includes the amenities I would expect from a Marriott hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is close to Providence and Newport where we spent much of our time here. The staff was friendly and courteous, and there is ample parking. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for a family wedding in Newport, RI. It was a very comfy hotel right off the RT 195. The room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. The room included a well stocked kitchen area. Just add food. The storage closets worked well when putting away clothes for a rehearsal dinner then wedding the next day. Breakfast was always kept well stocked. Would stay again.

Nearly brand new property. Rooms are so spacious with fully equipped kitchens. Go with the 1 bedroom suite. You won't regret it! Very much worth the extra cash for the extra space!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the reception area was very welcoming. The woman that checked us in at night was a very pleasant and professional. Our breakfast was included with the room. It was nice, easy and very clean. Will definitely stay here again!
