I stay at this property often because I have family that lives in Albany. The front desk staff is typically very friendly and hospitable. The property is conveniently located to restaurants and stores, etc. which is nice. Regarding the rooms, the beds are mostly comfortable, and the rooms are clean. I like the convenience of having a kitchenette, wine glasses, etc. However, there are some improvements that could be made. Several times the tv remote hasn't worked, which was annoying. I'm sure the batteries need replacing. The shower heads are absolutely horrible and need to be replaced. The showers in each room aren't the same; some of them have half of a glass shower door and the water sprays out all over the floor. The sink fixtures are often loose and wobbly. The most recent stay, I noticed that they no longer offer Netflix which is a problem because I don't really watch regular tv.

I'd like to start by stating that every single person was inviting and friendly throughout our entire stay, Thanks to each of you for that ❤️. It seems maintenance has gotten away from this location for a while, and it shows. They have new maintenance personnel and are trying to get a grip on it. We went out and purchased light bulbs for the kitchen overhead and the over stove. Our TV had a blue picture for the 1st 3 days of our stay, we communicated about the issue as soon as we knew. It's my belief that an establishment offering a service should go through and do periodic checks, especially in hospitality. Someone should verify that everything works as it should. Nobody wants to complain... don't give your patrons a reason.

It's an ok 3 star business hotel. Very work looking. Dresser drawers open with effort. Mirror in bathroom has lost the silver at the bottom. I had the 1 bedroom suite and expected a table and chairs but there is just a big empty area where it should have been. Couch is fairly uncomfortable. Bed was ok and pillows were nice. Used the iron and the cord doesn't retract. Everything is just worn out.

Hit or miss hotel. Sometimes the rooms are quite dirty, sometimes they are passable. Can tell that owners don’t go out of their way to maintain the rooms to a high standard.|Breakfast foods seem like about the cheapest money can buy. |Still, staff are pretty friendly. It’s an OK place to stay. Kitchen is nice to have.

I'm a Tampa Florida resident who stayed here to escape Hurricane Milton. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. We are grateful. It's within walking distance of El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant and Starbucks. Hope we never have to deal with evacuating from a hurricane again, but if we do, we're coming back!

When I first arrived the staff member who checked me in had an attitude and she wasn’t being helpful. The room was filthy and there were roaches running around. When I went to complain to the manager Thomas he had a snarky attitude and was extremely RUDE!! I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here as it is not a safe or friendly environment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each. One room had dirty toilet and a wet dirty wash cloth in the vanity. The other room had torn carpet. Mattresses were new and comfortable, however other furniture was dirty and old. Breakfast was nonexistent, and breakfast employees did not replenish the few items that they had. There was no milk, no waffle mix, ran out of scrambled eggs within one hour of start time. No oatmeal or grits, and no sausage patties. Was told by another guest that it had been that way all week. Front desk employees were not friendly, no smile or welcome to the hotel. The only employee who was friendly appeared to be the housekeeper supervisor who wished us a nice stay each day. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Far below Marriott standards.

Bathroom had rotted baseboards with mold because of bad shower design. Lobby had overflowing trash cans when I arrived. The tv in the room had a blue hue to it and needed to be replaced. Has potential to be a nice place with some maintenance.
