Cheap Hotel in Rincon. I lived here for a few months while getting things situated. Some bugs yes, No bed bugs, Smoking rooms available, Working Tv’s, Hot water, Shower, Bath. Small microwave and fridge with built in freezer compartment. Plenty of storage for light travel loads. Room service was AMAZING. we asked them not to go in our room as it was sometimes messy, But we wanted to take care of it ourselves and not have them worry. They don’t get an hourly wage and hardly get paid anything per room they clean. So we did our best to keep them away from our room. At the end of the day it wouldn’t be worth cleaning something we were capable of cleaning. Natalie helped us out a ton and we left her a 20 dollar tip on the way out.

Owner shouldn't be allowed to continue running this business - the rail guards on the second floor are extremely dangerous - do not lean on them. My photos are after we tidied the room ourselves. Yes, that's bugs in the picture. Sheets had holes in them. Pubic hair, and excrement still on floors.

I didn't even want to give a 1 star review but you have to in order to post, I guess. Shame on this owner, my husband rented a room because our power and water was off due to hurricane Helene. We went home to get our things and found our lights were on! We hadn't been in the room, yet. We returned to ask for a refund and was denied! $110 WASTED!!! Shame, shame, shame!!!!

This place is one of only two hotels in the entire city of Rincon. Consequently, this dump of a business is a pure waste of money and an aggravation in general. After taxes, I've ended up being charged around $85 each time I've been here. Everytime I have been very upset and sometimes simply disgusted that I wasted close to a hundred dollars to be shocked at the condition these owners allow there property to be in. I am not a harsh critic on hotels, as long as beds/ bathtubs are clean and the AC unit is running smoothly I am satisfied. My last stay here, after being issued a room that strongly smelled of marijuana, we discovered immediately that the bed sheets had been used and re-made without changing the linens. I tried to solve this issue myself by requesting a set of clean linens I would put on myself, the man at desk said there were no clean sets available, then argued with me that i was mistaken about the sheets being dirty. When I explained there was no confusion in seeing someone else's hair was all over the sheets, he resolved my issue by telling me to simply just sleep in the other bed, since it had two in the room🤯😑 I paid $85 to sleep in a dirty room and be told i was confused 🤔 Terrible experience everytime!

This is a very affordable motel. Service is great, but the rooms could use a little tender loving care. Beds are comfortable, showers are great, but a refresher on the carpet, some pain and maybe new door hardware is a must. It did the job though.
No breakfast, no coffe in the rooms.

The lady at the front is very rude !
For the 1st day we got the room , the carpet was coming up we had 4 holes in. The bathroom wall . And we paid for 3 days on the second day the lady told us the room is reserved and they will have to move us to another room . I though if you are already in the room it’s reserved 🤔 I told on the second day I couldn’t find the remote the lady at the front desk was constantly yelling that room service didn’t go in my room .

Bedbugs! Do not stay! Owner refused refund saying I brought them with me from home. Woke up midnight feeling bites, turned on light and photographed full grown live bug and showed to owner..DO NOT STAY HERE!
