The campground was nice. It had a big arcade for people to play games. The restrooms were very clean and nice. It is a little run down. The office porch is rotting and in bad need of repair and safety hazard. We smelled sewage some during our stay that’s why we deducted a couple point but the park is very convenient to Hocking Hill and sites are well maintained. Would stay there again.

We just returned from a trip to Hocking Hills and camped at Top O' the Caves. The location of the campground cannot be beat. It is central to all of the Hocking Hills attractions. We camped in our 39 foot fifth wheel on site 26. The size of the site was perfect for our rig and provided ample room for our friends to join us around the campfire. The staff were helpful and kind. We had friends camp next to us and two other families rented cabins on the properties. Both cabins were clean and well equipped. The showers on site are free to use, clean, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was also a small laundry room with machines that appeared to be new. (There were a few aspects of the campground that appeared to be mid-renovation, but this did not impact our stay negatively) The arcade in the barn was impressive and the 7 children that were part of our group spent many hours there. The pool area was simple and clean and the kids really enjoyed cooling off there. Everyone in our group of 15 agreed it was a great experience and we would absolutely return to this campground and recommend it to our friends and family.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and loved this place for proximity to hiking. Closest are Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Fire Tower. All easily walkable from the campsite.
We tent camped and loved it. Walked by cabins, they are very rustic - bunk beds and a roof over your head basically.
Little tips for enjoying your tent camp would be 1) table cloth and seat covers 2) extra table for setting up/cooking food 3) shade tent or canopy (some sites have little to no shade).
Bathrooms were clean and nice with warm running water and flush toilets. The camp store is great for ice cream and snacks. We had a beautiful sunset to enjoy on our first night there!

Absolutely loved staying here! Close to all trails with ash cave trail starting on the campsite. All of the 5 staff members we met were all extremely helpful and nice. We had a few problems being new campers and they went above to help us out. Showers and bathrooms where nice, better than most. Pond and pool where also great, we will definitely be returning! Game room and playground are nice for the kids.

The sites themselves are fine, although the grass probably should have been cut before the holiday weekend. The weeds on our site are a good 6-8 inches tall. ||The showers do leave a little to be desired as they have the push handles normally used in handwashing sinks so using both hands and showering (such as washing hair) is near impossible and the water temp and pressure are not the tiniest bit consistent. 2 of the showers on the side where the women’s rr are don’t work and one of the ones that does work sprays water over the top of the curtain so that anything you have lying on the bench gets wet. ||None of the bathroom stalls have locks, although you are so close to the door when seated on the throne, people can see if it is occupied. ||And something I have never seen before is that to be guaranteed the spot you are reserving, they charge another $10 fee I am reserving a certain spot for a reason||I didn’t use the pool, but it looked pretty clean and it was busy throughout the weekend. The camp store closed at 6 so I don’t really know what they offered as I was out enjoying the park during the day. ||Overall, it was a pleasant enough place. I don’t know that it was so good that I wouldn’t look elsewhere if I were to come back to this area.

We stayed at the lodge over the weekend and we were impressed! Plenty of (comfy) beds for everyone and bathrooms, the employees were super kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location with the hiking, nice clean pool, and the arcade. We loved it here! Will definitely be back!

This camp ground was amazing! The manager Paul was so kind and helpful. It’s super dog friendly, they will give you recommendations for things to do. They help you back in your camper. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and as an adult I much appreciated the complimentary coffee in the office . Very pleased, my children loved the pool and they really enjoyed the arcade. I uploaded photos of what our cabin looked like 🙂
