What a great locally owned restaurant! The family was so attentive, and the food was delicious. I had the lunch spaghetti with meat sauce, it also came with a very fresh salad and garlic bread.
This place is a must try!

The building is small and unassuming, but the food is Huge on flavor. This is the best Italian food I've ever eaten. Service is always friendly. Prices are very reasonable. The Sausage Peppers and onions are unbelievably good. Order with meat sauce... Pro tip.

This is our new favorite local spot in Englewood. We moved here from Florida a little over a year and a half ago, and finally got to try it.
My son had the Alfredo (no chicken)and a soda, I had the homemade sauce spaghetti, and we got a garlic cheese bread appetizer. It was so delicious! We paid $36 for everything. I feel like that is a very fair price for today's time.
I can easily pay $30 at any fast food joint, so paying this for a sit down place is good IMO.
It's a hole on the wall local place. If you're looking for fancy restaurant, you won't like it. For my family, we live local places like this.
Oh, and the service was wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo & I simply cannot believe this place has a single customer based off of that dish alone. It’s actually unbelievable how foul the sauce tasted. The chicken was strangely mushy & looked translucent so it definitely wasn’t fresh by any means. I made my husband “trade bites” with me, he gagged 3 times & couldn’t get the food down. There were 5 of us, basically every dish we ordered was mediocre or just not very good. Also $10 a piece for kids meals & the portion was very small. Somehow none of them were hot either? We left full plates, never was asked about the food or why we weren’t taking it when it was clearly untouched. Our server was really sweet, i don’t blame her for the experience i had. I will never return to this place & I am warning any unsuspecting person who’s reading these right now to beware. If you do go, just do NOT get the chicken Alfredo. I really hate to write such a poor review, unfortunately my experience was bad enough I felt compelled to.

Traveled to this little spot to try some pasta. Son wanted shrimp Alfredo. I went simple with spaghetti and meatballs. Overall we werent very impressed. The atmosphere and quality of dishes did not match the prices in my opinion. Meat sauce and meatballs had good flavor, alfredo was chalky/gritty. Seated quickly, waitress attended our table decently. Maybe was an off day but is my personal opinion.

Really enjoyed our lunch here. Staff was friendly and attentive, almost like you were family. Kitschy Italian decorations and maybe some souvenirs from family trips.

The sauce smell hits you as soon as you open the door - always a good sign. The stuffed shells I had were excellent - from the sauce, to the filling to the wonderfully al dente shells.

They also do a brisk carry-out business at lunch.

You can't go wrong getting out of a sit-down place for under $12 for lunch.

Quiet little restaurant with around 10-12 tables. A little dated but otherwise clean. We ordered the lasagna and the combo platter with meatballs as a starter. Meatballs came out steaming on the outside and cold on the inside but the flavor was just ok after they heated them up. The entrees came out the same as the meatballs, cold inside, hot outside. The flavor was just ok for me. Could have used a little more seasoning but once again, the temp issue was a big thing. I assume it's all made and refrigerated and simply heated to order. Will probably try them again to see if maybe I just caught them on a bad day

Let's talk about how filthy this place is. I've never seen any restaurant this bad before in my life. There are cobwebs everywhere, hanging over the kitchen where they make your food, and dust an inch thick on everything. The owner hasn't cleaned this place in probably 10 or more years. Not only does the owner not care about cleanliness, but he's also rude, cheap, and horrible with customers. I've ordered food there in the past and purchased their bread with marinara as an appetizer during the last two visits. Last night, I ordered it again and noticed they didn’t give me the marinara, so I told the girl. She took it back and went to the kitchen to get it, then told me I only get the marinara if I eat it here; if not, it’s an extra $2.50. I told her that every time I’ve ordered it, it has come with it. She said I could talk to the owner if I wanted, and I said sure. So the owner comes out, and I explained the situation to him about how I’ve always received marinara when I ordered it, and he tells me I didn’t. I said, "You think I’m lying about it?" and he calls me a liar. So I said, "Okay, hold one second," and I called my girlfriend on speaker and asked her about the last two times we ordered the bread, what came with it. She says marinara. I asked why, and I said because the owner said we were liars. So after I hung up, I said, "So are we both lying?" He said, "Yeah." We’ve spent hundreds of dollars at a time in this place when we have family in town. We did a birthday party a couple of weeks ago there and dropped $260, and this is how this guy treats loyal customers. He could have said they might have done it by mistake but that there is a charge of $2.50 if you get it to go for future reference and just given it to me. But we will never spend another penny in this place, and I see a hundred or so people a day that come through my business, and I will let them know what a filthy place it is and how rude the owner is to his customers.
