Very disappointed after multiple times going there. I don’t know if ownership changed, but the food quality definitely did. The server is amazing, but the chefs are not, to serve food like that, especially for the price. Not okay. Get out together. sesame chicken no sesame, asked for the seeds so I can add, very small even though the picture looks like it’s large. Tatsu totally burnt not good hard to eat. And I wish I got a picture of my daughters Crunch roll with no crunch on it.
When is consistency going to show up instead of being disappointed.

Another time
Had an issue with the staff the week before with rudeness when my daughter tried to get food one evening. It was like they didn't want to serve or work. So she left.

Almost didn’t write this review because it took 4-5 staff to get me the waitress’ name and honestly, I don’t know how to spell it. Nee? The bill/receipt didn’t say a name, just “cashier”.

The food was so delicious and fresh. Omg. I’m so satisfied. Whoever worked on that playlist, I couldn’t stop dancing. Props cause I could’ve stayed longer.

Anyway, Nee was so sweet and took care of our table well. Checked in on us multiple times. Other staff also came to check on us and helped as needed. Different staff came to drop off plates as well. Props to the entire team for working together to help each party. I live in LA but hope to come back again. @angelepatino

Tomo Japanese Cuisine is a mixed experience. The ramen, unfortunately, was disappointing – the broth lacked depth and the noodles were overcooked, making the dish fall flat. However, the Achikochi was fantastic. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and truly showcased the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy, and the service was attentive, but I’d definitely skip the ramen and go straight for their Achikochi or other specialties.

Really enjoyed everything about this Sushi Restaurant. First time visiting and it won’t be the last! Our Bartender was phenomenal and very friendly, her service was amazing and the drinks she made were outstanding. The Sushi was delicious and fresh! Came here on a date. The service was really good and the food was even better. We had a few orders of gyozas, chicken yakisoba, the las Vegas roll, yakitori, and hot sake. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

Mia is the best! We come here every time we’re in Goodyear. We love the food it’s always so delicious. Service is excellent. Our server Mia was so friendly and kind. We even laughed together. 5 stars

I love it when you walk in the door and the staff greets you. Service and food quality is good as always. I've been to this restaurant several times and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is always clean. My favorite roll to get is the Cowboy. It's a baked roll & takes a long time to make so I normally order it once I sit down. But it's so delicious and worth the wait.

The food wasn’t bad.. but it wasn’t good. I was really craving ramen and was disappointed. It tasted like the insta ramen you make at home. They charge 50 cents a slice lemon. My boyfriend got beef teriyaki course meal and he said plain with no flavor. Our waitress was super nice though.
