Nice large rv sites with full hookups. As soon as we arrived, we were told “nothing to do here”, and was escorted to our site. Low water pressure, we could not use our on demand water heater, (requires 45 psi, we were told the park only has 32 psi and will only get worse as it fills up), so unless we filled our fresh water tank and ran our water pump we had no hot water. At times we barely had hardly any water pressure at all. The low water pressure made it extremely difficult to back flush our black tank properly and thus, it had to be done very often (wasting water). No activities of any kind, no pool, no activities, Nothing to do except take walks, sit in the rv and watch tv. $0.17 per kilowatt hour for electric, plus 4% credit card charge. We were not impressed.

Everything is closed all amenities except washer/dryers!@#|Nothing for kids what so ever! Said due to covid!!!! Well then why is the only money maker laundry room open? Total BS reason. The flu is in season now covid is old news. Is this place owned by liberals not wanting to open facilities like other states have done? Guy camped next to us said all these amenities have been closed for 3 years now. Very frustrating we ended our stay from 5 days to 2.|Yes sites are awesome and quiet place to enjoy. We came here back in 2015. Loved it for our family. We were expecting same fun time again. Won't be returning until it's open like the rest of the USA campgrounds. We wouldn't of drove 3.5 hrs just to stay here, many other campgrounds around that are all fully open!

This is our third winter here at TTRV. I LOVE this park. It is quiet for thr most part, lots of long timers who stay here year after year. The views are lovely since it is located far outside any cities (20 miles to Sierra Vista) . There are no obstructions to the views, sunsets are beyond spectacular. Staff is responsive & helpful. |That said, there are no amenities at all. The laundry facility is open with a 1 person (masked) limit inside. Pool, clubhouse have been closed every year. No activities except for coffee on the patio on Fridays & Saturday s and occasional food truck on Saturday. If activities and amenities are your thing, you could be disappointed. ||The elevation here is over 4000ft, twice as high as Tucson and three times as high as the Phoenix area. Temps are cooler and nights can dip into low 30s and even 20s. Wifi is sketchy and cell service is weak.||Summary--we come her because of the views and the seclusion. We don't need organized fun. I miss the cacti of Tucson (hr 15 min drive) but can't find a park up there that offers the serenity of this one. We will keep coming here because for me, the pros outweigh the cons. ♡

It's a nice quiet RV park but strange. There is no office, the pool is closed, the only amenity is a laundry room. "They" charge you for electricity, paying with a credit card (4% which is the most allowed by federal banking laws) and pets. There is no one to communicate with although there are a couple of guys who work on the grounds. All their online information is outdated, they are Covid paranoid (they still have covid protocols in place). Rather than paying by card to avoid the 4% fee we wrote a check which was supposed to be deposited in the mailbox which took some searching to find. Basically the place runs itself with only email to communicate. My wife left a voicemail which was never responded to. Nice but strange. For the price we'll stay at the Tombstone RV park which has an office, a pool that's open and humans to communicate with.

I would have given the RV park 5 stars but we have an all electric coach and we were charged for propane which we don’t/can’t use. The person who bought the propane gave his name as “Skip Bartab”. Obviously a fake name. I was told that we were charged because we had just left and they assumed it was us.(I did not see an office to check out in person). I find this very odd that they don’t keep better records. We did get a refund.
The RV park is very quiet and has gorgeous sunsets. The sites are generous in size, close to Tombstone, Sierra Vista and Bisbee. The park was very clean.
We got a 10% first time visitor discount. There is a 4% charge for credit card use, $2 per day charge for each dog and electricity is charged, $.17 KWH, even for I day stay. The website says to wear a mask etc etc, but I didn’t see anyone wearing one.
So, if you want a quiet place, stay here. Just closely check your emailed bill.

Stayed there 3 nights. Lots of room and clean. Charged extra $2 for each dog per night and electricity. Cost more than the other places that we stayed during our 6 months of travel. Pool, Spa, Rec Hall & Office was closed so not much to do at this RV park.

Place is trash! They're cat fishing people with pictures of a club house and pool. Stayed here 1 month and payed over $800 for nothing... People running the park are friendly, but the owner is a scammer. Nice kids play area that was fenced off and I guess only for the owners kids. Tons of pack rats. Stay anywhere but here!
