Nice clean newer place. Two story building. Free breakfast. Even a family movie night on Fridays near the lobby. Outside pool and jacuzzi. Located a minute away from all of the historic sites. If you have mobility issues or trouble carrying your luggage up some stairs them make sure you ask for a first floor room when booking. There is no elevator in this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional—kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was open and inviting, and the food was top-notch. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the town's history, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. While there are no vending machines, we discovered the Big Nose Saloon nearby, which offers delicious food and live music, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

A hidden gem! Recently renovated, beautifully situated, with an excellent staff. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and meticulously clean. The view is fantastic--on a hill, with amazing views of the sunrise, and sunset. They even have a seating area and fire pit out back for sunset lovers.

Every single staff member was friendly and polite, too! We had the "do not disturb" sign up, and when we left for sightseeing, a housekeeping staff member saw us and double checked if we needed extra towels. Front desk was always warm and welcoming. They keep cookies and lemon water in the lobby at all times, and the breakfast room is spacious, with big windows to enjoy the desert view (and a nice breakfast, too).

I saw some very mixed reviews on this place, and encourage anyone on the fence to ignore the naysayers--this was one of my family's favorite hotels on a recent road trip (the other favorites were all over $300 a night).

The hotel is nice enough and comes with a decent breakfast buffet more than a continental breakfast. There are no elevators and we were on the second floor, so that’s not very convenient. Also, the pool and hot tub are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Only which was not convenient since we had reservations in tombstone at 10:15. They should really open the pool at 9 AM.

While my stay did not go the way I planned, the hotel was nothing but professional in every way. Great location in regards to Tombstone. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends should they visit Tombstone themselves. Also, appreciate the hotel for allowing my dog, as I wasn't originally planning on bringing her.

Great location for when going to Tombstone and Bisbee. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Housekeeping could be a little bit more attentive when cleaning the room... there was a fake nail on the floor next to the bed and a torn tissue. Breakfast was offered but we didn't eat there. Would stay again the next time we are in the area.

Had high hopes, but overall it was a disappointment. Booked a king room in February, but was given a 2-Queen bed room on 2nd floor. Asked for a first floor because wife has a bad knee and uses a cane. The guest that checked in ahead of us was also given a 2nd floor room, but requested a 1st floor room which they promptly agreed to. There is no elevator on the premises. ||I specifically chose this hotel to stay for ONE night in Tombstone because we had a Tesla. The charger had been out of service for months. Zero information on the website, no signs, nothing. Honestly it appeared to be in fine shape, but had no power to it. Thankfully I planned ahead and charged in Tucson, or I would have been in trouble. ||I will say that the room was clean and the housekeeper (that brought us new room keys after I had returned to the front desk 3 times because they didn’t work) was very friendly and nice. The front desk lady was reasonably polite at first but when my wife expressed her frustration after I had to return to the front desk 3 times because the key cards wouldn’t work, she got defensive to the point of being rude. I am usually very understanding, but in hindsight the front desk agent was unprofessional. Once she figured out what was causing the key cards wouldn’t issues she had the housekeeper deliver the keys to our room. Probably because she was busy and/or didn’t want to face us. When we walked in the door she was alone and was very busy. We were completely understanding and were very patient. It almost seemed as if she thought we were being impatient. We most certainly were not. ||The next morning my wife went to the front desk to speak to the manager who we were told the previous evening would be there the following morning, but he wasn’t. My wife spoke to the lady at the front desk the next morning, who was very polite and listened to our frustrations, but she did absolutely nothing to try to smooth things over. ||I wrote a review for the hotel when I received an email request to do so. I went into great detail explaining how the ball was dropped numerous times. Someone, presumably a manager, did reply, but it was simply empty apologies that seemed very hollow. ||I travel a lot for work, both domestically and internationally. I almost always stay at IHG branded hotels. I hold elite status with them, but even without that when I have had issues before which is very very infrequent they always bend over backwards to try to make it right. I didn’t see an IHG property in Tombstone, or I would have stayed there. ||I wasn’t looking for a free room, but anything aside from the response I got would have been welcome. I am a very patient person and I always give hotels the benefit of the doubt. Very rarely will I complain. But I was dumbfounded at how much they didn’t seem to care that the service was substandard at best. It was a big disappointment. ||I have never stayed at a Wyndham property before, and it will likely never happen again. I get it that occasionally the ball will get dropped. I don’t expect perfection. I do expect to be treated like a paying customer and for the staff and management to come like they care. ||I would like to return to Tombstone again for a longer period of time, and I would ordinarily be willing to give this hotel another chance. However, with the 1/2 hearted “apology” (seemed more like canned answers to me) that I got I won’t go back. They had a chance to redeem themselves and they failed at that too. ||Stay wherever you want to, but I would recommend against this hotel. It’s been years since I was this disappointed and I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels across the globe, so I speak with a Level of experience.

Positive: The location is good for all things Tombstone. The pool and hot tub were nice also Negative: Above our rooms door the ceiling was cut out, and the carpet was dirty from falling sheet rock dust. The shower head leaked really bad at the connection point, the maid would of known this as she was using it to clean the tub.
