I've been meaning to try this place for well over a year and a half and was concerned when it temporarily closed down earlier in 2024. Finding out the owners had staffing issues and, since then, having corrected them, Toast, Four Corners was everything i had hoped for.
It is relatively close to the city where i live with an enjoyable ride heading towards the Uconn campus and countryish atmosphere.
There is plenty of free parking to this cozy, cute breakfast and lunch nook. Which doesn't seem very large until you go in and see it is much bigger, yet comfortable inside. Sunday after 11 am is prime breakfast hours, but we I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. Service was very courteous and prompt, not rushing to take an order while deciding. Options from regular breakfast to omelets, sandwiches, waffles ( with chicken), pancakes, gluten free, and the like to their own creation of " the pile" ( caserole style dish).
Comfortable, bright, open place with good food and service that will make you want to try it for lunch. Definitely will be on my rotation as one of my local breakfast stops.

Most of the food was good and the price was reasonable, but I ordered kielbasa and was served a hot dog. Asked for water with my coffee and it tasted like they dumped salt into it. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and cozy.

Been here before, but never eaten because of the long wait times.
Now I know why there’s long wait times is because it takes a long time to get your food. The food was very good and worth the weight, but if you’re in a hurry,, this is not the spot.

Great place for breakfast! Such a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful morning specials! Terrific cheerful service and not a long wait for food or service. Love that there is a gluten free menu as well. Will be back!

Toast fell off. If you had come here a year ago you’d have loved it. Calling the service slow is an understatement (order was in for 45 mins before being served). Food was middle of the road (pancakes were crispy and Swiss cheese in an omelette is a bad idea for anyone). The famous toast is very small. Canadian bacon is more of a suggestion of food than an actual side. $37 for two people with drinks. They do not use any nuts here.

A decent little breakfast stop near the local collage. Great place for breakfast when dropping kids off to fill the belly before the 2+ hour ride ahead.

They had breakfast for everyone. White egg omelet, chocolate chip pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, egg over easy, home fries, and more.

Everything is tast. It does not surpass my favorite local place, but it is a very good service and a busy, decent atmosphere. Frank's hot sauce, pepper, and salt on the table held together in a neat little folder.

While decafe ice coffee is not on the menu, I did get a cup of ice and a decade coffee.

Just had the BEST breakfast at Toast Four Corners. We have come here for years and once again Toast does not disappoint. Our food was fantastic! The atmosphere is so chill and clean. The entire staff is so welcoming and attentive. Absolutely worth a visit if you’ve never been.
