SUCH a cute coffee shop!!

I recently stopped by for a holiday coffee and was ecstatic to see how BEAUTIFULLY the place had been decorated for the holidays. The inside seating arrangements were quaint and cozy and I was pleased to see they had a nice menu selection.

That being said… Barely any of the staff could answer hardly any questions about the products they were selling. When I asked what was on brew today, I was told “I think a medium brew”. No further information was given/known. Additionally, only one of four staff members on site could recommend me a drink that wasn’t overly sweet. One employee even told me they don’t like coffee and anything they drink would be very sweet.

Now, I’m no expert, but from a business perspective: four people working with only one possessing a real working knowledge of the products being sold, to me, is a waste of money. Perhaps better training is required to help facilitate a smoother customer interaction? I’m not sure…

Will gladly continue to get my coffee here, but I’d like it if there were more people that could help ME, versus me having to help the staff and explain the product to them.

Dennison is a cute small town. And this is the cutest little coffee shop in the area! Super friendly staff, super clean and comfy dining area complete with games and puzzles. a welcoming ambiance and comfy vibe is exactly what you're in for when visiting. Try the breakfast menu..I got the biscuits and gravy... Delicious! It's in a very historic area with pretty cool views of the nature and hills and the sunrise was breathtaking. I guess I can't give Timi credit for the sunrise, but without coffee, I wouldn't enjoy it as much, lol
I guess there's another location about 30 minutes away from here. I may try that next time I get out of town! 10 out of 10 recommend!

A wonderful cozy spot to get seasonal coffee or hot chocolate before the Polar Express. It was a perfect day to hangout on the front porch, play games and relax. Highly recommend!
