New management, heavy on cleaning rooms have had major improvements. The owner is very polite and courteous very willing to accommodate you the best way he can. Also close to 24 hour gas station, breakfast joint, and a Mexican bar and grill

This hotel need to be shut down like don’t don’t rent a room here bed bug and roach and the did not give no return it was so cold the water to even take a shower.

My daughter and I went there two weeks ago after being out and traveling all day. I paid $65 for her and I to stay the night due to being tired. As soon as we paid and got into the room and got to the bed could see bed bugs really bad. I went to the desk told them about it and got a refund for it. 10/10 would not recommend going to this motel.

They have smoking and non-smoking rooms available. The bed linen was dirty, had to use my own... The rooms need some pest control to be done as I could see few bugs around and a tiny cockroach by the restroom area. The refrigerator was unclean, so was the microwave.

AVOID this place if you're traveling with family and kids...

Denny's is right next to this place which is a plus point, all other eatery joints are in and around the vicinity.

This motel is a small 'mom & pop' kind of place with about 20 rooms. It probably dates to the 1950's and appears to be kept up. Owner/manager probably lives there.||My room was clean. Mattress was comfortable (had plastic cover enclosing it). Bedding was OK (not threadbare or too worn), pillows were fine. Towels were rather small, reminded me of type Y might have used years ago. ||||WIFI worked fine. A small flat screen TV was mounted on wall; channel selection seemed limited. ||||Denny's Restaurant is in front of this motel, just a short walk away = convenient!||||There were a couple of maintenance issues I reported to owner/manager: GFI outlet at vanity tended to trip = electrical issue. One desk lamp was missing the plug at end of wire (Wonder what happened to it) Neither of these issues are something that housekeeping personnel would be likely to notice.||||This motel is better than some of the 'many times rebranded' chain facilities I've stayed in. ||||If I need a very affordable place to sleep the next time I am in Tiffin, I will chose this motel.

This was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Next year I will be making sure that I book early enough to get a room at days inn or the Holiday Inn. The only thing that was good about the room is it had Bad and had a TV. The air conditioning didn't really work well. And the dust on the TV receiver looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a couple weeks. There were no amenities not even a bar of soap to wash your hands.

Checked in and was in a hurry dropped stuff in room and went out. When I came back was when I noticed blood smeared against the wall next to the bed like a lot. The room had a horrible smell and was very dirty the sheets had holes and had black smudges. The carpet in the room didn’t even look installed. The bath tub was covered in hair and was cracked. I couldn’t let my kids stay there. Asked for a refund and was immediately told no and took my key. No big deal for me but the health department should definitely be checking this place out.

Stayed here for 2 days. Staff was incredibly rude and impatient, owner came to our room and demanded us to pay before checkout time and refused my card when I tried to. They have 'Pet Friendly' on the google page but are in fact not, kicking us out in the blink of an eye because of our dog despite many other people staying there having dogs. The room was also dirty and a few things were even broken. Would never recommend this place.
