I got a sneak peek at their soft opening, and let me tell you… the bánh mì is on point! 🥖 The bread is perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, and the flavors are 🔥. The roast pork was packed with flavor, and the pickled daikon and carrots added just the right balance of crunch and freshness.

And don’t even get me started on the Vietnamese iced coffee ☕—smooth, bold, and just the right kick to get you going! Pair that with a refreshing boba tea, and you’ve got the perfect meal (or snack 😏).

Had their signature bahn mi. Really enjoyed the bread. I heard they bake their own bread daily. I recommend visiting in the morning. The sauce was on the spot! Will definitely visit again.

A small local shop with big tastes and friendly service! I'm happy to have found this place and will definitely be a regular. The bread and ingredients are fresh and reasonably priced. (Just south of North Ave. The parking lot has the equestrian road sign (for the horse stables that are across the street).

The sandwiches and drinks were good but the low rating is for the extra charges that I wasn't aware of. I was chatting with the cashier and did not pay attention to the amount . When I looked at the receipt, I noticed there were extra charges on each of the items that I was not aware of and tip that I did not leave, also it was a takeout order and the receipt shows dine in.. It's not a big amount so it's not that big of deal, BUT it was very deceptive. Make sure to check your receipts!!

The Tien Signature B1 that I got did not have all the meat seen in their menu. Please compare what I received to what was advertised. I understand it was the grand opening half off but if you’re going to run out of a certain type of meat, please let your customer know. I will not frequent this place again. Since I had to wait 2 hours, I went to Phan Thiet groceries store and they had the special sandwich with the appropriate meats for cheaper and it was delicious.

Sorry, no pictures. I was too excited to eat the Banh Mi, taking a picture was the last thing on my mind. These are what Banh Mis are supposed to be, the correct bread, well seasoned meats and fresh toppings. I have tried all of them and all of them were great! Also, I had never had an avocado smoothie before, but I am hooked on them now. The staff is friendly and the place, while small, does allow you to eat in.
