Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating - bonus points for the outdoor fire pit. We got the hot chocolate and a gluten free cookie, both of which were excellent.

As a lover of coffee shops, Thump has quickly become a favorite. The staff are always friendly and make great recommendations. The coffee is incredible. Whether a cappuccino, latte or a drip, everything has been absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend their avocado toast on a bagel. The pastries are amazing and the views are spectacular.

Lizzy, Tyler, Grace, Melissa, Bri, and John are always consistent in service and hospitality as well as many other staff. These five I just tend to interact with most. The atmosphere is maybe the best among shops in Bend. It can get crowded but so do many other shops. I consistently get a good quality drip and cortado and the avocado toast is also great! And you can’t beat the mountain view and outdoor fire.

The coffee was amazing!! The home made cardamom syrup was awesome and we have been drinking their deep dark wonderful brew from home aeropreas and it does not disappoint!!! Nice folks, good service, fresh beans and awesome outdoor seating!! Check it out!! Big thumbs way up for thump!!

Wow, Bend and coffee. This is our 3rd place to try and does not disappoint. We ate breakfast but will be coming back for lunch in 2 hours. The jalapeno bagel had great flavor, the raspberry lemon muffin was super moist and tart with a nice balance of sweet. Must try the homemade Chai, it's spicy and so many different things happening! Love this place

Great coffee and INCREDIBLE views of white peak mountains in the background. Plenty of seating and open area doors to get work done without having to think about Covid. Staff was very friendly as well. Mostly a professional crowd hanging out due to the nearby offices and tech people…but there were two old timers from the mountains telling tales of their lines bobbing in the crik when I rolled up.
