My boyfriend and I went here for a random brunch on Saturday and it was nice. Food wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was a chill but upbeat kind of vibe. It was a little smaller inside then we expected but good thing we went on a day and time it wasn’t busy. It looks like when they get busy it can be crowded. They were playing 90/2000s music and my boyfriend loves that so it was cool. The staff was very friendly and we received great customer service .

Long wait. Must have been short staffed, the hostess was cleaning tables, and handing To Go orders. Fish and shrimp were excellent. Thumps Down on the salmon croquettes. Great Music!!! Coffee was very good. We’ll be back.

Our waitress was very kind and so was the host, me and my mom got the French toast special which was kinda expensive together but definitely worth it, if I had to give a suggestion I would say more lights but that’s it 🙂

I visited this establishment with my husband. We were seated rather quickly and met by the server. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits. My meal was pretty awful. The shrimp and grits were very soupy as it was drenched in broth and had a very runny texture. It was the only thing I ordered and had no sides with it. I took one bite and couldn’t imagine myself finishing that plate. If I wanted grit soup I would’ve asked for it. I asked the server if I could return this meal and order something else. Anything else, but that I was very hungry and could not enjoy that meal. The server told me she would consult with the manager. The manager then comes out and right away says no. That I can’t order anything else unless I wanted to pay for two meals. That even if I did not eat the shrimp in grits I’d have to pay for them. She then proceeds to tell me she doesn’t want to tussle or go back and forth with me about it but there’s nothing she can do. I then ask if she can at least ask the kitchen staff to remake the shrimp and grits with less broth. She walks away with no response and grabs my plate. I’m assuming to go ask the kitchen staff to remake my plate. 20 minutes go by with no answer. I see the manager assisting other customers during this time. My husband has already finished his meal by this point and here I am starving with no food or answers. I wave the manager over after I see her walking through the dining room and ask what’s the update. She catches an attitude and asks me well what do you wanna do? She never questioned the kitchen about remaking my order. She once again asked me if I would like to order anything else but told me I’d still have to pay for both meals. I asked her to call the owner because this is ridiculous. As I mentioned before I never ate the food aside from a single bite to taste. Which was terrible. The owner within minutes tells her it’s okay for me to remove the meal off my ticket and order something else. See how easy that was? The aggressive manager offers me a to go plate, though I had never eaten that entire time, which I politely declined. Because I didn’t want to go food. I will never return here and the manager sucks and is way too aggressive.

This place is a hidden gem. It's small but very nice, every bite was better than the last. The staff and our waitress especially were amazing. We had a party of 6, which seemed kind of large for their set-up, but they accommodated us. Will be back the next time I am up that way.

Server was amazing, very friendly and didn't seem like she was trying to be nice. Just a genuinely nice woman. Food came out in a timely manner. My husband didn't like his omelette too much and his biscuit was hard and dry. The french toast was great!

Cute little diner spot, can get really busy on a Saturday morning. We got there around 9am which seems to be just before the rush hour. I enjoyed my meal (portions were great) and true to their word, prices are very reasonable/affordable. Staff were friendly, and food came out within a reasonable time. I was pleasantly surprised by the biscuits as I was not sure about the whole wheat component but it was light went well with their homemade blueberry jam. Lots of options to chose from, and I appreciated that they had a variety of meat options. I would eat here again.

The food was inviting and is tempting enough go return the next day for the same dish. My wife ordered the catfish, in which I snacked on while I ate chicken and waffles.
