Three Ten was the perfect place for a girls weekend amongst three 40 something college pals. We rented both rooms so had the place to ourselves sharing the bathroom upstairs. The location and the owner are the best parts about this place. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Yellow Springs including to many restaurants and all of the cute shops. Jim is sweet, thoughtful, and took care of coffee and lite breakfast every morning. I’ve never stayed in a B & B and never thought I’d want to but Jim has only the front and upstairs open to the public and he has a separate area so we only saw him when he was checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed. He shared the history of the house (built in the 1800s!) as well as the history of some of the art in his home. We had a great weekend. We hiked an awesome easily trail that was about a mile away (Inman). I would highly recommend this B & B!

Jim’s home was absolutely lovely! It is one of the oldest in town and has plenty of beautiful things to look at in awe. The Sanctuary room was adorable, clean, and quiet. The vintage wall paper was so beautiful! The bathroom was gorgeous with marble and basket weave tile and spotless. Jim had light breakfast and coffee waiting for us in the morning. We had the pleasure of hearing more about his endeavors and the village! We loved all the art displayed around the bnb!

My daughter and I loved our experience with Jim at Three Ten. What a lovely home- warm, cozy, quaint, clean, and had everything we needed. The walk to Yellow Springs was so quick and convenient- we will be back again! Thank you for giving us such a fabulous first experience in Yellow Springs.

While visiting Yellow Springs from Oklahoma recently I had a wonderful stay at Three Ten Bed and Breakfast. I loved the charm, history and story that permeated throughout the spaces. Most establishments are merely beds in rooms, here however I found a wonderful experience. The beds and rooms are comfortable, charming and well kept and the location is perfect for local walkabouts. The proprietor clearly cares about his guests and Yellow Springs. I will stay here again when visiting and highly recommend.

I am a reluctant traveler. I do not like to sleep away from home. Ever. I had to travel to Ohio for a week, exactly five nights. After much searching I found the Three Ten Bed & Breakfast. I made the reservation six months in advance and found the staff professional and courteous. When I arrived after a much longer travel time than anticipated, I was exhausted, emotional, and hungry. I was greeted with a cup of tea and a light snack, and gone was my travel upsettedness. The next four days were a whirlwind of work and high expectations from my work colleagues. I looked forward every day to arriving at the Three-Ten, which I referred to as HOME. My carefully curated meal awaited under a glass top in a beautiful parlor that was both lived in and warmly decorated. It was a stressful week mitigated by the oasis known as the Three Ten Bed & Breakfast.

Food: 24/7 (mini fridge and by request, honors dietary restrictions)
Bed: super comfy, extra blankets, pillows, linen changes by request
Security: Keypad lock and the owners are on the premises (I was comforted that the owners were on-site, rather than just strangers).
Bathroom: Shared, so much hot water, and an inner sprayer within the large shower sprayer, and so clean

Jim, the host, is very friendly, helpful and knows the history of Yellow Springs. The B&B is delightful with books, other reading materials, flowers and snacks. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, a great bakery and bicycle trails. I definitely recommend Three Ten B&B.

This is a very lovely old home that has been converted into a very nice bed and breakfast. The owner couldn't be more hospitable. He was so very warm and welcoming explaining the history of his family home. We enjoyed our stay.
