The park itself is a beautiful setting. The staff took care of bathrooms and laundry room daily. I would say that the downside is cleanliness of the sites. The electrical boxes had spider webs in them. The sites themselves needed sweeping or just a good blowing off. Overall all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We have really enjoyed our stay. Nice people. Easy check-in. Conveniently located. There's lots to do here like fishing, swimming, mini golf, bean bag toss, pickle ball, etc. I enjoyed relaxing and watching all the beautiful birds.

Phone staff were awesome. Rangers in person seemed annoyed when we checked in. Open pool was great, but our favorite pool was closed for renovations. Bed and couch in cabin were worn out, very low, and uncomfortable. Clean bathrooms and nice sized microwave and fridge. AC worked well. Lodge was very clean with fun activities, but uncomfortably warm. Laundry payment system was confusing and expensive. Country Store was understocked with bare shelves. We loved the lush trees, outdoor and indoor activities, and the kids loved the geese and ducks. All-in-all, despite a few disappointments, we will be back.

The bathrooms need upgrades. The park needs dog runs, there is plenty of space to put in a large and small dog run.||||The lakes provide a haven for wild geese, ducks, and other small bird species. They can get loud but I like them. There were newborn goslings during this stay. I hear they stock the lakes with catfish on occasion.||||The location is excellent allowing equal access to Los Angeles or San Diego.||The staff is outstanding, second to none!

Cabin was cozy, fully stocked and conveniently close to amenities. We spent 7 days in it and loved it! Our cabin slept 6, comfortably. Place was very clean and spacious. Big fridge and plenty of kitchen appliances. Staff is very friendly. Check in/out process is fast!

The portion of the park by the canal is ok and better maintained than the rest of the park. Unfortunately we were in the run down section where there were old damaged picnic tables, weedy sites and even old cat food cans. When we complained we were told they were full. After walking the park every day for 3 days it was obvious that was a blatant lie. There appeared to be no regulation on age or condition of RV’s allowed to stay in the park as a result there were some sketchy sections. I am bewildered by the good reviews. I will concede that they had a lot of activities, pool and exercise room but that doesn’t negate the lack of maintenance in a good portion of the park.

The Park was Excellent, the River that goes through, & the Ducks that are all over the place. Would definitely recommend here in a Cabin (Mini House) instead of a Hotel. I fished a lot here and caught many fish. Too many amenities than I can count!! Attttttt

Extremely discriminative and rude. Not good customer service don't know how to handle a situation or solve things other then create problems and pushout. Ex registration not current due to smog and working on refused entrance instead of park in lot and walk-in as alter. Bathrooms extremely filthy with actual poop not once not twice but more then 7 times past couple months sometimes small evidence other blasted on walls n toilets. One person acts like people have extreme sanitary issues when handling and talking to her ** discriminative towards service animals stating they can't sit and guard owner while in bathroom a vulnerable spot. Twice male rangers entered woman's restroom knowing a woman would be in there.

Beautiful scenery nice sites but not exclusive to members only
