Stayed in one of their two โ€œtiny housesโ€ for 3 nights. Overall, a really fun, unique experience. ||PROS: The house is very well built โ€” real quality all-wood craftsmanship. Excellent heating and septic system. The house is well-apportioned with toiletries, cookware, paper towels, coffee machine, microwave, and extra linens. Fire pit, folding camp chairs, BBQ and tools are nice. Beautiful view. Parking right in front. ||CONS: A/C unit held in place with duct tape, curtain tie-backs could be better, toaster almost broken, water line connection outside house dripping, TV mounted way too high on wall to really watch TV. ||Please note that you cannot stand up in the sleeping loft. You have to do a duck walk to get from the stairs to the bed. You must be able-bodied and nimble to get up and down the stairs. This was a charming, novel experience, and Iโ€™m glad to have done it! Next time I think Iโ€™ll go for a regular cabin, though, just because the stairs and the loft were tricky.

A great park, with great amenities. Very clean bathrooms and showers. The property is large and dog friendly. Plenty of space to walk your dog. ||||Lodge has plenty of activities for teens along with special events on weekends. The Saturday "market" was nice. ||||Really a gem in central AZ!

This is one of the best Parks in the Thousand Trails System. Employees are the Best. Many different levels to stay at depending on whether you want a view or you want to be close to the pool and hot tub. Things are well cared for and by RV Park Standards they offer some large sites for a few extra dollars. Lots to do in the area. Train Ride, Monuments to visit plus the town of Cottonwood and Jerome, plus close to Sedona. Something for everybody.

It's one of the nicest thousand trails i've been to so far, 10 minutes from cottonwood, 20 minutes to sedona, 15 minutes to indian casino.

You can tell the staff really cares about this place. They keep it immaculate, everything about it, love it..

We love this place. We go monthly. We love the cabin pass. It's quite and peaceful. The air so fresh. All the amenities are great as well. The employees are just as great. Always someone at the gate. I love the security there. Also the city is not far from the RV camping site if need a store or gas station.

This is a nice park in a nice location, but it gets nicer as you spend more money. If you want very basic, 30amp buddy campsites at the bottom of the park, it's just the cost of a regular night. If you want 50amp, you pay more, if you want a bigger site, you pay more, if you want a site with a view, you pay more and the higher you go, the more you pay. And you pay for packages to be accepted at the office as well. It's very hierarchical and those with the most money have the most beautiful views. No need to socialize with other campers as they don't have much in the way of activities.

We love staying here! We are a Thousand Trails member. The view of Sedona and several Native American ruins is worth the trip. Bring your RV or rent a tiny cabin. Great hiking and friendly staff. No litter anywhere!

Wow. Glad a lot of people had a good experience here but ours was horrible. Just bought an RV and were contemplating signing up for this company. Since we knew someone who already had membership, we thought we'd visit and learn more. Communication was horrible. We still think our request for the visit was clear and we had an email from them to back it up but they disagreed in a very nasty manner, never apologized, put us in a site with no connectivity at all. In addition, rigs were sandwiched next to each other and our van was small enough so we parked at an angle so we were looking at the beautiful mountains instead of the huge rig next to us but were scolded by employees that they only like rigs backed in so it looks nice. Our friends told us he wished he'd read the 87 page contact and was starting to be unhappy with the way the park was run. Not ever signing up for this company and will never visit another of their sites.
