Called the day before to make a reservation and Beth was very nice. I called on my way into town and she met me, even though I was later than expected. She was very helpful.
It’s right next to the grocery store and a gas station. Everything closes at 7, so I took her advice and got some things at the store.
Definitely recommend if you’re riding the TAT trans America trail. Lots of stories about that in the guestbook.
It’s quiet and peaceful at night, and very reasonably priced at $93 as of my stay.
I can’t recommend enough!

This is an unexpected gem in the middle of the panhandle of Oklahoma. A lovely property just off the Main Street. A former telephone office turned into a VRBO without the fees. Kitchen, seating area, and two very comfortable queen beds await you in this modest rental with personality. Owner is a sweetheart and caters to the visitors with earnestness and charm. If in the area, we would rent again and again.

I stayed in the 121 house. It was perfect. Kitchen and living room made it super nice. I loved the patio. Bed was comfortable. Close to grocery store and uptown. Owner is very pleasant. A great place to stay for the price

I had reservations when booking this place but over the top happy that I did. It is actually a 2 bedroom house & has everything you could want, even coffee. It was immaculate and adorably decorated. Would go back anytime & highly recommend it. The owner is just as adorable.

We stopped for the night in Buffalo while riding the Trans-America trail. This Inn is amazing, our best accomodation so far in 12 days of riding in the US. Good price, very clean and pretty.
