For the most part enjoyed this spot. We had a golf package and the course, staff and facilities were excellent.buffet breakfast not so good. Cold eggs 2 days in a row so 3rd time ordered eggs off menu..still cold. Also be aware that's this hotel is connected to a conference center. When we 1st got there it was great, only a few at pool, the starbucks in lobby was accessible. The last half of our stay though there were huge conference groups, one a gymnastics competition, so pool and lobby was always packed with kids and the line for the Starbucks in the morning was LONG! Staff were great though and rooms were clean..just be aware when you book you might want to ask if there are conferences scheduled during that time!

Wonderful valet and front desk staff. We stayed in the Champion Suite. The space in the room is great. 5 balconies overlooking the beautiful golf course. Bright and open. No real kitchen. Very quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful and has wonderful clean grounds. Convenient ferry every 30 minutes or so across the harbor. Staff is friendly. Bobby, the bartender in the lobby was fantastic.|For a suite, I wouldāve liked to have had more amenities such as: mini bar, extra blankets, more toiletries, dishes and room service availability everyday. |We brought our 7lbs dog and did not get the welcome kit with bowls etc as advertised. The bed was a pillow top and very comfortable. |The room itself needs a major overhaul. It is very lived in. Carpets are majorly stained and tattered, sofa & chairs are stained and grimy (we wouldnāt sit on the couches), curtains are ripped, furniture is chipped and scratched. We overlooked it but weāre disappointed with how filthy things were in spite of being the best room available. If they did a quick makeover and added a few more amenities, the room would be fantastic.

My recent stay at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa was a mixed bag of highs and lows, ultimately landing at a solid 3-star experience.
Letās start with the positives: the staff across the board was exceptionalāattentive, courteous, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. From check-in to housekeeping, their service was truly a standout. The property itself is very well maintained, with clean, modern rooms and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location is unbeatable if youāre attending something at the convention center or looking to play a round of golfāboth are right at your doorstep.
However, the negatives were hard to ignore. The noise level in the rooms was surprisingly disruptive. Despite being on the 7th floor with a riverside view, I could hear conversations and music from the riverfront as if I were standing outside, and the noise from the hallway came through the door like it was paper-thin. Sound insulation is clearly lacking. Dining was also a disappointment. Despite half-full dining rooms, long waits were the norm, likely due to being understaffed. When I finally got a table, the food was reminiscent of high school cafeteria fareānot what I expect from a resort of this caliber. I ended up using Uber to find better meals elsewhere. The bar service wasnāt much better; long waits of 20-30 minutes for a drink were the rule, not the exception.
Overall, the resort has a lot of potential, but significant improvements are needed in dining and noise control to make it worth a return visit.

Beautiful place!
The resort itself is fantasticāgreat atmosphere and amenities. However, I found the bar pricing to be unreasonably high. My first drink, a Long Island Iced Tea, was around $18, which I expected given the resort setting, and I left a generous tip. Later, I ordered a custom drink with four shots of Titoās, mint leaves, and carbonated water. To my surprise, the total came to $46. While I didnāt raise a fuss at the time and still tipped well, I left feeling taken advantage of. For future visits, Iāll likely bring my own beverages. I understand resort prices can be steep, but this felt excessive.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels Iāve ever stayed in. Staff very polite&helpful. Beautiful view, great bed & great breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Riverboat that takes you back & fourth to the other side of Savannah. Great scenery & view!!

This is our halfway point between Virginia and Florida. We stop here on every trip and have always had a good experience. This time was even more exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to make sure our girls had a great stay. We will continue to come back for years to come.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin in Savannah. Itās on Hutchison Island. They have a beautiful view of Savannah. The room was spotless. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Loved the pop up Leopolds ice cream at night. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant. They have a great bar. The day we left we picked up to go coffee and breakfast from their Starbucks. The ferry takes you across to Riverstreet. That was great option. Uber was also fast and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel if youāre staying in Savannah.

Beautiful hotel!! All of the associates that I encountered were very nice. Nice pool area with a hot tub. Scenic views. I highly recommend staying here . There's a ferry to take you across the river for more places to visit.
