I highly recommend Monique, her team, and her delicious food. Monique was wonderful to work with and she did not disappoint. Every aspect of our reunion was a success, in large part due to her efforts. If you are able to have an event at the Corinthian, try her Salmon - ours was cooked perfectly! I'll be back.

Monique catered our reunion last weekend and the food contributed to a glorious evening. The menu was tasty, hot and helped stimulate conversation. The staff managed to serve and prepare in tight quarters and always seemed to have what we needed at the right time. Hats off!

My wedding was three years ago and I have waited this long to write this review because I knew it would get me upset. Coastal Cooking Company catered my bridal shower and wedding and I would Never recommend them! I had dealt with one of the owners Monique throughout the whole experience. Our first meeting I was so excited, she seemed like food was her passion and she totally understood how our wedding would flow, oh boy was I wrong. For starters, the bridal shower went OK. I enjoyed the food, the cupcakes were delicious, however I received complaints from numerous family members and friends after the fact saying the want enough food (never a good complaint). Obviously showing concern for our wedding seen as its only heavy hors curves we called a meeting to make sure our wedding guests wouldn't go home hungry (especially with open bar all night). The day of the wedding came and my wedding planner said from the beginning when she showed up to set up all my clearly marked boxes of decorations that Monique was confused and frazzled. But b that didn't bother me, as long as the food was plentiful! Welp, we were wrong, I had complaints from my friends and family that they WERE NOT offered appetizers, the servers would walk right by them. My. Mother in. Law in particular had to chase them down because they weren't going to the tables with elderly people so they hadn't been served anything. However I did hear that the serving staff were seen eating the food right off the serving trays on Numerous occasions. In the planning process it was discussed with monique that I would be making truffles to be served with the wedding cake to my guests. Another part that truly upset me... the truffles weren't served with the cake, they sat in the Tupperware container on the cake table where my MOTHER IN LAW had to cut and serve the cake because they just stopped serving it for some reason. I used to be a wedding coordinator for a living and had this wedding perfectly planned out that ANYONE should have been able to pull it off without a hitch. We expressed concern that the whole dinner is so solely passed heavy horsduerves and that we have a heavy drinking crowd so they need to be FULL by the end of the night. LUCKILY we had pizzas delivered at the end of the night. The professionalism was non existent and my husband and I still to this day dwell on our choice of having them as our caterer.

Food is always fresh and top knotch. The food menus is creative and unique not just the same old stuff. Monquie and her team work hard to always please I find they have always accommodated any special request I have made!
