Chef Travis created a magical birthday dinner for our group. Charcuterie, appies, then a delicious 5 course meal. Every bite was a mouthwatering adventure. Travis was super friendly and fun. I would highly recommend!

I hired Chef Travis for my small wedding last weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s hilarious and so easy to work with in the planning stages! I had one family member who’s allergic to literally everything and he went above and beyond to accommodate and still make an amazing meal for her specifically without affecting everyone else’s meals. All of my guests are still talking about the food and how fun it was having him and Bethany there. It’s not just dinner it’s a whole experience, and nothing beats the experience all of my guests just had!!

We were in Arizona first part of March and we had the best 5 course meal would highly suggest The Twisted Tines, Chef Travis and Chef Rob were awesome, the food was amazing and we will definitely call them again when we are back to visit! I have attached just a few pictures from our meal ! They left the house so clean we were able to just enjoy the evening and we didn’t have to worry about any clean up !

I had my bachelor party in Scottsdale this past weekend, and hands down one of the best decisions we made was to hire Chef Travis and his team for a private dinner. The service was exquisite from beginning to end and the food…THE FOOD, my friends, was top notch. Worth every. single. penny. All weekend all 14 of us talked about how incredible the meal was. Chef Travis and his crew were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and let’s not forget fun and engaging. If you want your special event to be memorable, delightful, fun, and, most importantly, DELICIOUS, you 100% need to book Chef Travis. I hosted a Scottsdale Bach where the bride was looking for a unique menu with Asian flavors.
Multiple chefs in the area flat out refused to deviate from their standard to accommodate our requests, but Chef Travis was immediately up to the challenge. Every single interaction we had with him was nothing short of wonderful— from intro and planning phone calls going back 4 months to the day of the event, he genuinely makes you feel like you are an important, valued friend instead of simply another booking.
Other than being one of the most pleasant planning experiences I have ever had, the food BACKS IT UP. Our group has very high standards and multiple people are “foodies” but this meal was truly out of this world. More than one person finished saying that it was the singular best meal they ever had. I am personally still dreaming about the tempura Brussels sprout which was good enough to eat about 49 of alone.
Bottom line— please book Chef Travis/Twisted Tines and have the dinner of your dreams. I wish I lived in Scottsdale so that I could book him for any and all special events in my life, but I suppose I’ll just have to pay for him to travel to Dallas instead.

I was a guest at a bachelor party recently where we hired a private chef to cook for us. The chef was amazing! He was very accommodating and took the time to get to know our dietary restrictions and preferences. He also created a custom menu and willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions that was perfect for the occasion. The food was absolutely delicious! The chef used fresh, high-quality ingredients and took the time to cook everything perfectly. Chef Travis took great care in preparing each dish, and it showed. The food was beautifully presented, even though it was being cooked in a home kitchen. The chef took the time to make sure that each dish looked its best. Chef Travis and his team were able to cook the food in a timely manner, prepared dinnerware, and even though we had a large group always made sure we were okay. Chef Travis and his team was also a lot of fun to have around. He was friendly and engaging, and he made sure that everyone had a good time.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Chef Travis. He is a talented chef who provides excellent service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef for a special occasion.
