Heard good things about this place and their stuffed pancakes. Nice quaint place. Many pancake options and also healthy options like paleo, keto, and gluten-free . You can also order other items, and everything honestly sounds delicious. Ordered chicken and pancakes, which my daughter said was fire, home fries, and blueberry pancakes. My pancake came out almost as big as the plate. Everything was so delicious I decided to go give props to the chefs. The waitress I had was very on top of everything. She was hard working and was pleasant. This was a redo place n five stars to me.

This is a cute breakfast and lunch place with great food. Their signature dish is enormous pancakes, served with maple butter or a variety of different ways. But all the breakfast and lunch dishes are delicious. The service is outstanding. Good for children but also for adults, who will appreciate what a good value this restaurant is.

We stayed right across the street and I'm so glad we stopped at the Tea Kettle! The staff is super friendly. We appreciated Julia taking the time to chat with us. I wanted the pancakes based on other reviews and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My husband had the Papa Smurf and I had the Strawberry Cheesecake. They were so delicious we didn't even need syrup. All the pancakes are topped with their homemade whipped cream. A great experience!

Food came out quickly! Fantastic portions, DELICIOUS food (French toast was bomb), and the service was incredible too! A carafe of coffee gets delivered to your table if you order coffee 👏🏻 what more could you ask for?!

Had been to this restaurant years ago for breakfast and it was a great experience. This weekend however, was terrible.
The food has gone downhill: eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy came out lukewarm…. Sausage gravy was thin and soupy. Nothing really had any spice or flavor of any kind. Scrambled eggs were entirely flavorless and borderline dry; not nice and fluffy like you’d expect. Just everything very disappointing. Restaurant was very chilly- we had to keep our jackets on during our meal. The waitress was nice. I will not go back or recommend to anyone.

We have eaten here twice. The first time we ate- The service was not great, but I think the waitress was new and she was overwhelmed as the restaurant was half full and she was working by herself. Some items were missed in the order, such as the blueberries in the blueberry pancake .When we came back (some of the group was hesitant to do so) our food was great, and the service was much better.

It’s a gamble for the price. The first time my family came here we were very pleased with the food, I got a pancake and an eggs Benedict, my partner enjoyed the chicken fried steak. We took half the pancake home it was so big. We were excited to come back, but this time I was quite shocked when my plate arrived. I ordered their nacho Benedict with waffle fries. I was very confused when I cut into my poached eggs because it was so over cooked it was practically hard boiled. I order eggs Benedict everywhere I go and I have for my whole life, it’s my favorite food, and I have never had a poached egg be that over cooked, not one other time. I also did not taste any hollandaise sauce anywhere. I was pretty upset because I’m pregnant and I was really hungry, but for the first time in my life I decided to ask for a remake. The waitress was very understanding. I got the regular eggs Benedict the second time, and it was fine, they actually gave me a whole ramekin of hollandaise sauce to make sure I got enough, but I am just not blown away. My partner even commented that the hollandaise was very thin and it was not flavorful, and the home fries were good texture wise but not very flavorful either, I don’t believe they were salted. I am disappointed because we had such a good meal the first time we came. Unfortunately I just think that their menu is too expensive to take a gamble on. I will say my partner enjoyed his chicken breakfast sandwich.

Sad to say, but food has gone downhill. We have come here for years, and today was certainly different. The “omelette” is a slab of eggs folded over your “toppings”. No seasoning at all, so bland. The kitchen missed cheese in two of our omelettes, and we overheard the chef yelling that he mixed it in (he didn’t). My dad’s pancake might as well have been a crepe - they used to be so fluffy. We came here to celebrate his birthday, and it was highly disappointing.

Additionally, there are no longer pancakes with m&ms, which seems odd as that’s a popular type. Not to mention that this place used to be SO busy - there were so many open tables when we came, and I can see why.

Only positive was that our waitress was very nice and attentive. Wish they would go back to their old ways and much better (previous) food.
