I LOVE staying here! Absolutely LOVE.

However my first experience… the staff was not too friendly. I left my room and came back at a decent time before check out…. I had gone to Target that morning and made a big purchase. Unfortunately when entering my room after I came back from being out, ALL MY things were taken!!!’ All my items purchased from Target!! The maids had come in already and taken them or gotten rid of them!! I was SO mad. Even more mad that the manager at the time and no one at the front desk seemed to care! YUCK. For almost $300 a night, and then they took my things! I like the hotel and definitely the location!!! But this was not handled well! This was a few years ago.

Very spacious hotel with a beautiful interior! I was impress by the art gallery and the overall cleanliness of my room and the general spaces. You can tell attention to detail is important to this establishment! The staff was very friendly and lively… my husband and I visited the Overlook Dining area and our server Claire was very attentive and knowledgeable. The cocktails were yummy and the steak was delish!

Rooms and hotel are all nice/clean/modern, service is good, breakfast is nice, etc. Just a few tips when you book. Ask for a room away from the mechanical room (my coworker had trouble with the noise). Ask for a room that's on the west side of the building, which is the opposite side from the adjacent construction (the crane and banging woke me up at 6am both days). Bring your own pillow (their pillows are very thick and do not compress, and they have no alternatives). Avoid ordering take out from the Eatery across the street (it was not busy there at all but my order took 50+ minutes to be ready).

The room is spacious and parking is great. There are just a lot of small missed details. I made a cup of coffee, and the in room creamer was spoiled and solid. The bathtub drain was broken, and the shower screeched. I was given a voucher for $22 at check—in that I was told could be used in any of the markets in the lobby. That apparently does not include the breakfast area, so I had to spend $6 for a black coffee that tasted burnt. Front desk was not helpful. I have had much better stays in Cincinnati, I will not be returning here.

It was very quick to get there from the Cincinnati Zoo. The hill is a bit intimidating (for first time/ newer drivers), but on the hill makes for a beautiful view! The room we stayed in was INCREDIBLE! Very clean, very well designed, the shower is very nice! Would 10/10 recommend for everyone and anyone!!! 💕💕💕

This hotel has a very warm and inviting artistic flow. It has very unique features that allow you to feel at home and comfortable.
There's art of all kinds everywhere, and the decor is exquisite 👌
Also, the location is extremely accessible and minute's from downtown. I highly recommend 🤩

They say never meet your heroes, but I had the pleasure of meeting Theressa and Sarah who were the masterminds behind the great housekeeping services. I stayed for a wedding party and was treated like royalty by the staff, clean bright new hotel that had everything at your disposal. We came back for drinks at night and had no trouble having a good time. Rare to find places this big and as high quality in Cincinnati.

The staff is very friendly. In particular, Antwan was very helpful and kind and suggested some quiet places in the lobby I could do some work. The hotel overall is very modern and spacious and clean. The rooms are updated and large. The coffee grab and go option is very nice.
